However, when I set up my appointment for my touch up the receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She called me three times while I was at work to ask if I could move my appointment up. In response I told her IF I could make that I would let her know within the hour but if I did not call her then we would have to stick with my original time. This spa sends out text messages as reminders of appointment times. I received a message she had moved my appointment up so I used my lunch break to take the trip out to the spa. When I checked in the receptionist asked me why I was there because my appointment wasn't for another hour. She told me that she only sent that message in HOPES that I would call her. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient. I take a drive of 55 minutes to get to this specific spa. I had to sit there and wait an hour and a half for my appointment which was supposed to be with Cheyenne but it was not. Cheyenne has to go home early that day which is understanding. Things pop up and I'm understanding of that. The woman who did my lashes was new and took longer than expected. At this point I didn't mind as long as my eyelashes were done correctly (spoiler alert: they were not). At the end of my appointment the receptionist offered me an eyebrow wax "it looks like" I "could use it". The most unprofessional rude service I've ever had. I was so disappointed and irked by this situation. The picture uploaded is less than a week after my appointment date. Cheyenne came in to check on my lashes before she rushed out and kept telling the woman doing my lashes to get new glue. The way this was poorly handled really depreciates a business incredibly quickly. If anyone has a suggestion for a new lash place let me know ASAP!

She uses a magnifying lamp even during a leg wax to make sure she gets every hair. She is fun to talk to, and she is knowledgeable about every type of skin. She is also one of the few people who wears gloves when she waxes. I cringe when I think about other people I have gone to who did not wear gloves. She is very conscientious about hygiene. Want the best facial of your life? Visit Anita…read more The review could end here, but I'll give you the deets. Found Divine Elements on Groupon. Didn't know much about facials, the place, or really what I was getting into. So I booked a facial online (convenient right?!) and boom I was committed. Located in a medical building off Lorain Rd., entered from the back. Easy to find. Walked in and I could feel Anita's positive energy off the bat. I saw how she interacted with the client she had before me and I knew I was in a good place. My Derma Plane W/ sheet Mask was absolutely astounding. So much so, I scheduled one for my mom. THEN we got addicted (to Anita and her services). Mom had cupping yesterday and LOVED IT. I'm trying it in two weeks. BOTTOM LINE - want to pamper yourself? want a trusted esthetician? want to know you're in good hands? Please go visit Anita. (no I'm not affiliated, sponsored, paid or any of that, I just want all my fellow Yelpers to experience a good service when I see one!) -picture is before and facial facial :)

You can go through the back door, then it will be the second door on the right. Anita is a delightful soul. She is excited about her business and she absolutely knows what she is doing. I had Derma planning with a vitamin C mask, but in all honesty about 6 things happened and I have no idea what a lot of them were... my job was to chill/relax and be pampered and I did just that. A head, upper back, arm, and hand massage occurred and that was amazing. All in all I'm super happy Groupon took me to Divine Elements, I would love to come back again!

I go to Santé for therapeutic massages, not light-as-feather spa services (although they offer both), and I can honestly say my life has changed for the better since I started booking regular appointments. I have had intermittent, crippling tension headaches for YEARS due to issues with my neck/shoulders/back -- since my visits to Santè, these headaches have decreased DRASTICALLY in frequency and severity. I feel like a human again! I would highly recommend both Mary and Bernadette to anyone looking for a massage therapist; they are great listeners, adaptable, and keenly aware of client needs. Also in addition to reasonable base prices, Santè is constantly running promotions for both new and veteran customers to further keep costs affordable. Oh, and did I manage online booking through Vagaro is EXTREMELY convenient? (Just make sure to book TWO therapists if you're scheduling a couple's massage!) If you are looking for like, a socializing spa with overpriced knick knacks and fluffy robes, skip Santè. But if you are genuinely wanting to feel better, healthier, and more energetic - go see them. You won't be disappointed.
