I had heard great things about this salon! While I can't speak to the experience of getting your hair done here, I can speak to the nail experience and the lack of customer service following errors. My mom surprised me with a wonderful spa day 2 days before my wedding. I was so excited to spend the day with her. We had booked a mini facial, massage, and nails. The day was several hours long and a lunch was supposed to be included, but the day-of we find out that it's not and that our package had transferred from the previous salon/spa. So a lot of this experience is exacerbated by the fact that we were completely starving -- we got there around 9:30/10am and I didn't get home until 3pm, so not having a lunch was very unexpected. But I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and also understand that they were doing their best. The massage and facial were both fine. The really negative experience was my nails. Please look at these photos. These were taken as soon as I got home and is how I left the salon -- breaks and uneven nails and all. I've never in my life had a manicure so unbelievably and laughably bad, and the staff knew that these were my wedding nails. I did not ask for anything out of the ordinary -- just a standard gel mani with a French tip. Of course with my nails completely destroyed 2 days before my wedding, I left afterwards and had to fix them myself, because I couldn't get in anywhere else on such short notice and my weekend was obviously already pretty booked. Now, my mom gave her card info in advance for the package. Since it was already a pretty high stress situation and we had a lot of other planning details to attend to, my mom called a few days later after the wedding to tell them about the negative experience. Oh, I also forgot to mention that they charged us MORE than the originally agreed upon package price, despite not including lunch and completely botching my nails. So my mom calls and asks for at least a partial refund for my nails. They outright refuse. Please please please do NOT get your nails done here. Every nail tech I have shown these photos to has been completely aghast at how horrible these look. I could have done (and did end up having to do) better myself.

Since I haven't done other services here beside the Brazilian wax, a 4/5 overall review for this business is fair. BRAZILIAN WAX -- I visited for the first time in October 2021 for a full Brazilian wax. Much to my surprise, I came back again on 6 January 2023 for another full Brazilian Wax. This time around, I had Candance Haynes as the waxer. I preferred Candance over the person I had before (no offence) because Candance was a bit more thorough or attentive with the final cleanup process and she didn't leave any hot wax behind on my body. Overall, 5/5 stars for Candance doing such a great job on a full Brazilian Wax service. I highly recommend her especially if you hardly get this service done or if it is your first time. She doesn't accept male clients but there is another employee (Jessica I believe) who does take on male clients. I may come back for eyebrow threading in the future. I am used to getting those services done by South Asian women from India or Pakistan but I'm happy that Peach Fuzz offers this service. Thank you Candance for making this very uncomfortable Brazilian waxing experience comfortable and for being on time.

I visited over a year ago in April 2023 and this review is being written in May 2024. CUSTOMER SERVICE -- In my experience, they have good customer service. I called last minute and I was able to get an appointment. NAILS -- There are a variety of styles and colours to choose from - you can keep your natural nails or add acrylic (fake) nails. I got acrylic nails for the first time with a pink gel polish. My actual nail service was a little rushed towards the end because I noticed that after the staff member was done, my cuticles or the skin around my nails were not smooth. There was still little bits of dry skin that could be cut or peeled off. The nail technician, a woman, didn't remove some of my dry skin around my nails. Granted, I could have said something to her afterwards but after already spending over 1 hour there, it was getting late at night and I needed to go back to my apartment. It was obvious to me though that the nail technician would know how to finalise a nail service. For such an expensive nail service, it would have been nice if they paid more attention to the little details. My cuticles and some dead skin were not done correctly. In addition, when I went back 2+ months later to have the nails removed, which I believe is free or $10, I noticed that my actual nails were brittle/soft/weak. It took over 4 months for my nails to feel strong again. A friend told me that the method that they used to remove the acrylic nails may have put too much pressure of on my actual nails and damaged them. I'm never getting acrylic nails and gel polish again whether here at Liz Nails or elsewhere. It works for some people but not for me.
