I like that she procures quality pieces secondhand, as it aligns with my personal philosophy (have not found any others that do this.) She took my feedback on designers but then introduced new ones. I use the personalized lookbook several times a week, and when I don't think something looks quite right she is a text away with her opinion and suggestions. As for her pricing, I looked at it as an investment in myself that is balanced out by the fact that I'm not paying retail for the clothes. Coupled with the fact that she has still been available after my shopping session I would say it has been well worth the value.
