Terrible! Went to take our dog to get her rabies. We were taken to the back and assisted by a vet…read moredoctor. She did very well with the shot but butchered her front and back paw after offering to trim her nails. She cut the first one open after our poor girl let us know. We asked her to stop the first time. She diregarded our plea and ignored our pups painful yelps. She quickly wiped away the blood and proceeded with the back nails. She also cut her hind paw which bled worse than the first one. We asked a second time and it finally ended. Poor girl is hurting and clearly uncomfortable walking on her feet now. Do not let them trim ur pets nails! Do not take ur pets here!

It's easy to tell what they have in-store stock, place an online order and pick it up quickly within a couple of hours. Their staff is always very polite and helpful, even though I've noticed they don't seem to have very many people working as they used to. But this store is nice, clean, brightly lit, and seems to be well stocked. They offer a very wide variety of different pet food brands, from cheaper to the most expensive. They have toys, beds, costumes, grooming supplies, cleaning supplies, houses, some first aid and medical necessities. Pretty much covers most everything!

She said to come back in 2 hours, when my…read morebrother went to pick up Benji ( a mix yorky/schnauzer 5-7 pounds) 2.5 hours later at 4:30 pm, he was told to come back in 2 hours. When I got off work at 7 pm I went to pick him up. When I arrived at about 7:15, I got to the door and a man answered, and told me they would need "20 or 30 more minutes, probably more". I left, came back at 8pm. When I was greeted at the door, the first thing the woman said was "so I'm not finished yet" and I followed her as she went to get my dog. She hands him to me, the ONLY thing that had been done to him was his back was SHAVED. He hadn't had a bath, nails trimmed, teeth brushed, a hair cut, nothing. Literally the only difference was that his back had no hair. When she handed him to me she says "I think something is wrong with my clippers, but I've tried all of them so I don't think it's the clippers". I truly don't know what took 6 hours, but I do not recommend. On top of everything, Benji's collar/tag was left there, and I have tried to contact Sara 3/4 times and I have been blatantly ignored every message I have sent. It even says that she has read each message and she just hasn't responded refusing to give me the collar back.

We asked to keep his chin hairs long, his skirt short, and his legs short and fluffy. When we got him back he was barely touched accept for a very short face. He face was shortened to about two inches in length, while the rest of his body was still long and shaggy looking. Will not return
