The anchor hook broke in half after a 3 pound squirrel tried to jump on the bird feeder. The bird feeder weighed less than 2 pounds and the Squirrel Guard was rated up to 20 pounds. I did not ask them to replace the bird feeder just exchange the Guard. It was only $21.99. I had all the parts they refused to exchange the product even though the manager agreed it was obviously a defect but they do not warranty the products. Also it was less than 60 days since I purchased the item. They should read their own return policy on their site. They did not follow it. Instead they told me I could call the owner of Southern Agriculture. I would rate them less than 3 stars after this experience but being I have purchased from them for 13 years I gave them 3. So long story short they couldn't find another appointment for my son's cat! The second associate was rude & kept telling me there wasn't any appointments for my son's cat in the system for this month.they canceled the cat appointment & didn't inform us. They proceeded to say they don't cancel unless they call my son to let him know. But they never cld him. If this happens again we will look at going somewhere else.

I walked in at 5:11 this evening hoping to wash my dog. The employee made eye contact with me immediately from the back room. I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes. This wasn't a problem for me until the employee told me that I was too late for a wash. That they stop taking self wash customers at 5:15. It was 5:16 by their clock on the wall. The employee stood in the back until it was after time and turned me away. I was very unsatisfied and very surprised by the poor 'customer service'. There are multiple self serve dog wash businesses in the area. I will start using one of the businesses that I typically pass on the way to SDW.

I notice he had a small tuft of hair on his tail that looked odd, but I just figured he had nipped at an itch. I was not told of anything happening during his session and even called, once I notice it was bothering him, to see if maybe a new shampoo had been used that was causing irritation or other dogs were having reactions to something. I was assured nothing different had occurred during his grooming. I was never expecting what came next. Two days later his tail had become super irritated and was losing fur due to his chewing on it. A couple of more days of his not responding to anti-itch meds and a cone, and I went to my vet. She discovered his tail had a 'guillotine' cut at his base, where the tuft had been, and the blood vessels were severed, like something heavy had dropped/shut on it. His tail was dying. After daily treatment, meds, and artificial skin attempts he literally ate his tail. $1500 later and major trauma to my pet and my family, he is recovering now with a bobbed tail. Throughout this entire devastating experience, the groomers never admitted to the chance that something happened during the grooming and at one point suggested I might have shut his tail in my vehicle's door! Really?!! All I know is that he went in as usual: beautiful, happy, and healthy. He came out with a dying tail.

Contacted them immediately. We were told the dog would be at an adoption event on Saturday in Tulsa. Visited and bonded. Picked up our new fur baby the following day. Note that they are not open to the public except on Sunday adoption days: Dog Adoption Event 11:00AM to 2:00 PM Cat Adoption Event 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM Our pick up and adoption process was seamless. We really appreciated the foster parents keeping us updated. They do great work and after this experience we will donate (or even volunteer). Look for an adoption event and meet your new pet. They aren't just any kind of boarding place that just wants to take your money, they actually care for your dog and play with your dog! This place is a little bit off the beaten path and a little out of the way, but for our dog to enjoy going there and to be happy when she comes home speaks volumes and I would drive farther if I had to.... The last time we had her there they ended up giving her a bath because she got all muddy and they didn't want her to smell and look dirty on her way home no charge. Thumbs up and happy camper here!
