She did very well with the shot but butchered her front and back paw after offering to trim her nails. She cut the first one open after our poor girl let us know. We asked her to stop the first time. She diregarded our plea and ignored our pups painful yelps. She quickly wiped away the blood and proceeded with the back nails. She also cut her hind paw which bled worse than the first one. We asked a second time and it finally ended. Poor girl is hurting and clearly uncomfortable walking on her feet now. Do not let them trim ur pets nails! Do not take ur pets here!

PetSmart has become my new place to buy cat food. It seems harder to find the large cans of food…read morethat are more economical and create less trash, but this store is reliably stocked. It's easy to tell what they have in-store stock, place an online order and pick it up quickly within a couple of hours. Their staff is always very polite and helpful, even though I've noticed they don't seem to have very many people working as they used to. But this store is nice, clean, brightly lit, and seems to be well stocked. They offer a very wide variety of different pet food brands, from cheaper to the most expensive. They have toys, beds, costumes, grooming supplies, cleaning supplies, houses, some first aid and medical necessities. Pretty much covers most everything!

I've been using this Petco for a year, but I arrived 4 minutes late to my dog grooming appointment. There was nobody in the dog grooming area or the rest of the store, for that matter. After knocking and waiting I wandered around until I found a "worgker" who went to fetch the groomer. She eventually arrived and blithely informed me that I was 15 min late and she couldn't take my dog. Sure, "NOW" i was 15 min late but the bulk of that time was waiting at the grooming door and walking around trying to find somebody who worked there. She said there was no time but I pointed out that my dog is 10lbs and probably a fraction of the time they normally alot to appointments would be enough. She said 'no' but she was clearly more interested in sitting down with her lunch than her client. Here's the kicker: she offered to re-schedule me but I said "why would I ever want to work with you again?" at which point she shrugged, gave me the finger, and walked back to grooming to eat the bowl of whatever green-haired tatted millenials eat. I will never go back again. Just notice how many 1-star reviews here relate to grooming. Hire crappy workers, you lose customers. Period.

I also signed up for text messages to update my order status. In the morning I had received a text stating my order was cancelled. But my email confirmed the order. After calling the store to confirm they fulfilled it, I proceeded to pick it up. I've never shopped here, as it's about 15 miles from me. So I decided to look around. I also found the dog food I had ordered online, with the store price being lower. Umm, not happy about that! But they do have a wide variety of pet foods and supplies, as well as live animals. I saw a ferret for the first time! They also had Guiana pigs, and several other small animals. But they were busy cleaning their cages, so I just got a glimpse of the ones closest to me.

Unfortunately, there is no inside seating so we only purchased one treat for our furry face to go. Had there been a place to sit we would have purchased a treat for each of us for a total of three snacks and two bottles of water had it been available. Hopefully in the future this opportunity will be available. I guess we were hopeful it would be like Pupbucks. Our pup loved her treat after we got home. I rated our experience as 4 stars due to our disappointment of zero customer seating.
