I've been using this Petco for a year, but I arrived 4 minutes late to my dog grooming appointment. There was nobody in the dog grooming area or the rest of the store, for that matter. After knocking and waiting I wandered around until I found a "worgker" who went to fetch the groomer. She eventually arrived and blithely informed me that I was 15 min late and she couldn't take my dog. Sure, "NOW" i was 15 min late but the bulk of that time was waiting at the grooming door and walking around trying to find somebody who worked there. She said there was no time but I pointed out that my dog is 10lbs and probably a fraction of the time they normally alot to appointments would be enough. She said 'no' but she was clearly more interested in sitting down with her lunch than her client. Here's the kicker: she offered to re-schedule me but I said "why would I ever want to work with you again?" at which point she shrugged, gave me the finger, and walked back to grooming to eat the bowl of whatever green-haired tatted millenials eat. I will never go back again. Just notice how many 1-star reviews here relate to grooming. Hire crappy workers, you lose customers. Period.

They aren't just any kind of boarding place that just wants to take your money, they actually care for your dog and play with your dog! This place is a little bit off the beaten path and a little out of the way, but for our dog to enjoy going there and to be happy when she comes home speaks volumes and I would drive farther if I had to.... I have been…read moreordering Hills Science Diet Small Bites for dogs in 33lb bags online for a while and picking it up in this store. I just received a coupon for 20% off on any online order. Much to my surprise I could no longer order this size bag online which is the only way to use the coupon. I went to my account and looked at my previous orders and hit Order Again. It went into my shopping cart but I could not submit the order. I called the support number and was told that size bag was for purchase in store only which means I could not use the coupon on it. I was, however, eventually able to order it when I added another item. I can't believe Petsense is so greedy it would sucker-punch the customer so that they cannot use their coupon online for products they have consistently ordered and because it is a large size bag of dog food. That being said, if I cannot order this online in the future there are a lot of of other stores online or in person I can order it from instead of Petsense.
