I took our golden retriever to Cherry for the first time this week. She did an impeccable job and had our happy and handsome pup ready right on time! Thoroughly impressed and we will definitely be back. We've taken him to PetSmart previously and wow - what an incredible upgrade in quality here!! He looks and smells incredible. Plus, we did the anti-shedding treatment and I'm already amazed at how perfectly it's working. I was on the fence about trying it because the "furminator" treatment at PetSmart did not work for us at all. So glad we did the treatment here. Before booking, I was really concerned about the pickup time issues mentioned in previous reviews, but I just asked her if she would be able assure us of a no later than 6:00pm pickup time, since that was vital for us. She assured us she could and she absolutely delivered! Dropped off at 10:30am and picked up at 6:00pm. Perfectly groomed pup right on time. Just moved here from Colorado and thought I would give them a try. Talked with Cherry in scheduling appt. Drove 40 minutes one way in rush hour to get there and we weren't even on the schedule!!!!! Cherry said "I must have forgot to write it in the book." She told me she needed at least 4 hours to give my little girl a cut but she is the only groomer. Said she already has 2 dogs waiting in back for their cuts first red flag was not having our appt in the books. Second, there is a big wall so you can't even see your dog getting gro. And do not recommend this place at all if you care for your pet!!!!!! read more

My dog fell off the table was was hanging by the neck. They did not even offer an apology or a refund and made an excuse that it was because she saw me. However, two groomers were standing on either side of her at the time she fell. They could have prevented this by paying more attention to my dog on their table. Inexcusable. We will be taking her to the vet. They were also 2 hours later than we were told in completing our grooming. We are never coming here again. read more

Using this groomer was so odd. When I wanted to set the appointment for the week of Christmas, I called more than 1 month in advance, I was told the owner was going to set the appointment schedule and they would call me back. 1 week before Christmas, I called again, and they set my appointment time. When I dropped my dog off with the owner, she literally didn't speak to me more than a word or 2. She asked me what I wanted and I said I would like her cleaned up and trim her coat. When we picked her up, they hadn't trimmed her coat, they basically bathed her and charged me $75.00. Never again will I use them, and I definitely won't recommend them to anyone. read more

We had the best experience at Glamour Paws! Our dog's hair grows really long, but we like to cut it all off at the beginning of Spring. It so hard with her white hair to cut it without lines, and Glamour Paws did just that! She looked smooth all over, and you couldn't see where they'd cut her hair at. They also called me before they started cutting her hair to double check how I wanted it. Very fair pricing for a really great outcome! We'll be going back. read more

I dropped my dog off at 12pm and was told she would be done around 5-6pm. Finally, at 10:45pm my fiancé told them to just hand her over even though they said they STILL weren't finished with her after he waited outside for over an hour. Then when he brought her home I noticed she had cuts on her belly and leg. It's completely unacceptable to send home an animal with cuts without even telling us. On top of that, it was almost 11pm when we finally got our dog back with zero apologies from the owner! We definitely will not be coming back here. read more

When I picked her up she was is a cage WAY to small for her. When we got home she drank 3 bowls of water, which was evident she was never given water while she was there. I can forgive the insane wait for my dog to get his haircut because their employees quit, but what I can't forgive is my dog being injured. Got my dog home and as soon as he laid down he yelped and jumped up. I checked his belly and he had cuts all over his stomach, nipples, and his sheath. He was in so much pain. Then when a friend went to pet his ear to try and make him feel better he yelped again. There was a cut in his ear. There ended up being nicks all over. We took our little girl here for the first time today. Nailith did a fabulous job and listened to all my requests carefully --- we are very pleased, and feel after 4 years, we have found the right groomer for us! After we have had a few more visits, will change to a 5 star rating if we are still this happy. Why are we happy? So many times, we have told the groomer we don't want her shaved, we like her with a bit of a coat instead of "naked". They say fine, and then do what they want, and we end up with a shaved dog. This was especially important now, with the weather in the 20-30's! She was returned to us looking exactly like we wanted her to look. She was happy, didn't seem traumatized, etc. read more

Beware! do not take your beloved pet to this place. I took my dog for routine bathing and grooming, as soon as I picked her up I could tell something was wrong with her. She kept licking at herself near the urethra, when I looked I was shocked, she had a cut there, and the skin on her stomach was red and hot, they had shaved her skin so close it was hairless, her back paw pad was red and swollen. We called the owner Tammy Hall and tried to find out what on earth went on that injured my dog, she was yelling and talking over me, telling me that it was my dogs fault because she hadn't been trained to be at a groomers; I tried to tell her we have used groomers in the past and never had a problem, but she just kept talking over me and I couldn't get a word in. She told me my dog kept nipping at the blowdryer, it was then that I realized they had hurt my dog on purpose. These are awful people and should not be trusted. read more

I have been taking my dog here for a few years to get her nails trimmed. I always walk in without an appointment, and am always out the door in under ten minutes - usually closer to five. They trim her nails right in the waiting area with me holding the dog, so she doesn't have the stress of being handed off to strangers. They trim her nails quickly, but not once have they cut them too short or left them too long. And the price is incredibly reasonable. I started going here when I lived less than a mile away, now it involves a 45 minute drive but it's so worth it, in every respect. read more
