All the medium and smalls were $10 more with Dunhams lower price sticker so I asked the sales person and he said yeah they do that. I walked out and will no longer shop there since they want to raise prices beyond what they should be.

Finished shopping and paid. Got outside and opened it and it was the wrong size and returned back into the store where they refused to return it. They have a sign posted to please not open product in the store. And have a policy where you can't get your own ammunition. They place the price tag over the only place on the box that shows the size. So when they put the product on the shelf it the locked cabinet you can only go by what the tag on the shelf says. I understand not returning certain items but having them policies in place and then punishing the customer because of employee error. Which either was she didn't really know what size we asked for or it was put on the shelf in the wrong labeling and the employee couldn't tell because again your price tag covered the only place on the box to tell the ammunition size. And now I'm out almost $40. You need a new policy because someone dropped the ball while performing their job duties and I didn't receive my money back and managers were very rude including the store manager on the speaker phone with the manger on duty

The two guys that were there wouldn't even get off there posteriors to try to look up the 20 gauge in their database of items and they were very rude and arrogant. Needless to say, I was never able to get my grand fathers 20 gauge back which is heart breaking as I took better care of that weapon than I did my own car at the time. They treated me like I was completely stupid when I asked about the Sig Saur, tried telling me that, that particular model did not come with an extended barrel which is a lie as mine from the Corp DID have one. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The one thing I will ever have to do with this place again would be to pick up my 20 gauge from them with their apologies.
