At the time I lived in Columbus and was in the Ironton/Portsmouth area to see family and had randomly found this spot at the mall. Over the years I had visited both locations mall and the downtown Ashland location shortly after it opened. It's been a few years since I've been in as I now live 4.5 hours away compared to 2.5, but was in the area on Wednesday. I had stopped in and browsed and was even more impressed with my finds this trip in addition to what I've found over the years. They have everything from Kenner Star Wars to Han Soloflex POTF 90s Star Wars to MOTU to Thundercats to Power Rangers to Strawberry Shortcake & Movie Maniacs. Staff is great and prices are fair. I am specifically speaking about the 'Personalized Supplement Plan". I love that fact that I can be given advice about supplements (vitamins) to help with health related issues instead of having to take a prescription medication. *Note: of course you must check with your health care provider because supplements only may not work for you. I personally thought some of the books were priced too high for their condition, but they were fun and interesting to look through. The shop is relatively small, but its layout has lots of little nooks and crannies that make it easy to explore for a good amount of time. Cozy, in a good way. There are lots of trinkets and dishware, and I was able secure several pieces of a collection for a good price! The lady who rang me up and talked with me most was very knowledgeable and kind. One star off just for some of the pricing and because I was charged an extra $10. The math is done by hand, and I trust it was an honest mistake, though. I didn't notice at the moment, but I trust they would have refunded me if I went back. I'll definitely be back and recommend!
