Glenn's Sporting Goods is a great partner of Marshall's various departments and sports, and I am…read morepleased to be able to support them with my business. This location is huge and has metered parking right out front. Inside, you'll find everything Marshall-related you could ever want. As a medical student here, it's great to be able to walk in and buy merchandise specific to our program as gifts for my family and friends. I feel their prices are fair considering the high quality of the items, and they are generous in working with special sales-related fundraisers like the Class of 2021's scholarship fundraiser. Given the size of the place, it can sometimes be a challenge to find what you're looking for, though the staff is always quick to offer their help in hunting down that specific item you need. Overall, Glenn's is awesome and I am glad that Marshall works so closely with them rather than some big national megacorp. Kudos to them both! Overall: 4.5 stars ---- Pros: - Amazing selection of Marshall gear in a huge building. - Stellar service, definitely helps a lot when you know exactly what you're looking for. - Convenient location near Pullman Square. Cons: - Free parking would be nice, though I understand that if it were free it would make coming here far more difficult.

Brent was awesome today. I just started a new job and needed some dressier clothes. Brent asked…read morewhat I was looking for and knew my size without me even telling him. He was attentive without being pushy and was great to work thru the process with. It was the first time I had ever been there and he treated me like I had been a customer all my life!!! If you are in the market for dress clothes at affordable prices, don't hesitate to stop by. Definitely worth the drive from Charleston.

Recently stopped here because I wanted to buy a new suit for an upcoming event. I'd been here…read morebefore but it had been several years ago. The customer service was great. As soon as I walked in the door, the salesperson helped me. I told him what I was looking for, and he guided me through the entire process. This is the type of customer service that you can't get at a big department store. After I selected the suits I wanted, the salesperson offered to hem the trousers while I waited. There weren't a lot of customers in the store at the time; so, he asked me to wait 15 minutes. He hemmed the trousers, packed my new suits in suit bags, and I was on my way. It took me less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon from walking in the door to walking out with new suits that look great and fit perfectly. I'm making B&E my new go-to shop for suits.

Books are…read moreorganized by genre - history, children's, religion, etc. - and the staff was very enthusiastic to direct me anywhere I might be interested in. I personally thought some of the books were priced too high for their condition, but they were fun and interesting to look through. The shop is relatively small, but its layout has lots of little nooks and crannies that make it easy to explore for a good amount of time. Cozy, in a good way. There are lots of trinkets and dishware, and I was able secure several pieces of a collection for a good price! The lady who rang me up and talked with me most was very knowledgeable and kind. One star off just for some of the pricing and because I was charged an extra $10. The math is done by hand, and I trust it was an honest mistake, though. I didn't notice at the moment, but I trust they would have refunded me if I went back. I'll definitely be back and recommend!
