Jasmines has been a go to location for me because they have beautiful bouquets. fast forward to valentines day this year(2023), I went into the location to purchase a large bouquet of roses as I do every year but I was informed by the staff working at the time that they do not any availabilit and they could not fill my order. It was understandable at the time and was my fault because I waited later then usually to put my order in so there was only a couple days left. Something did both me with this altercation Though. The two emplo on site were very condescending and rude whe the spoke to me and another guest who I did not know. I just overheard the conversation. at the time I chalked it up to them being stressed about the holiday and brushed it off Then a few days ago, I ordered flowers online and had them delivered to my wife on her birthday. I was called the day they were suppose to be delivered and informed they do not deliver to my wife's location which is approximately 20 mins away. I mentioned how I have ordered every year from them and never had a issued and the person on the phone got that same condes tone as my previous experience. She seemed agitated that I asked why they stopped and she told me it was because the cost of gas among other things And told me to call another florist who could accommodate me on same day delivery. This experience was terrible and I had to scramble to get something last minute. On there website where I ordered it did not provide any delivery limitations or guidence. Although they make beautiful bouquets, I will not use them again to order flowers because of how rude they are. I can only imagine the delivery person treating my wife how they have treated me on several occasions and I'm not going to ruin her special day by having to deal with that. I hope they return to their previous standards

The store was apologetic and promised to have it altered in house. When I picked up the suit a second time the sleeves came all the way down to my fingers. I had to buy material glue strips to fix it myself. And the broken clasp on the pants never was fixed, so it stuck out the entire wedding ceremony. Don't rent here for your wedding. You will regret it.

As soon as I walked in the door, the salesperson helped me. I told him what I was looking for, and he guided me through the entire process. This is the type of customer service that you can't get at a big department store. After I selected the suits I wanted, the salesperson offered to hem the trousers while I waited. There weren't a lot of customers in the store at the time; so, he asked me to wait 15 minutes. He hemmed the trousers, packed my new suits in suit bags, and I was on my way. It took me less than an hour on a Saturday afternoon from walking in the door to walking out with new suits that look great and fit perfectly. I'm making B&E my new go-to shop for suits.

There was no care to fix the mistakes that were made nor was there any customer service to try to retain what relationship had been started. We used them for our wedding, and day of there were wrong colors and sizes with both the linens for the tables and the vests that the groomsmen had rented. We had no time to check things beforehand because she "kept forgetting to order" and we did not receive everything till day before the wedding; leaving us in a panic if she would even follow thru. This one scenario doesn't even begin to cover how much of a mess using this business was. She answered the first phone call and told us to recheck and let her know what was needed. We were ignored the rest of the day and text messages/phone calls were never returned to us, our friends, or the wedding venue. There was no care to compensate, and no apology given; even with us continuing to reach out. I understand mistakes happen, but a good business does not ignore their client just because they have received payment in full. Without a doubt, was the worst vendor we worked with for the event and will not use them again nor recommend their linens for any event--which is sad because the linen options were almost limitless.
