She not only has nice items, but very affordable items, too. That is a rare combination to find nowadays. The owner is also very nice. I didn't need help with anything, but I watched her interact with other customers. There were a group of children there and she was very patient and generous with them. She helped them pick out the right tarot cards and stones. I don't see a lot of people who help out younger patrons (because they're less likely to buy) so I think it's cool she spent so much time with them. And yes, they did purchase several items. :) The downside was that I had to use the bathroom as a dressing room. It wasn't cramped though. There was a mirror and a place to set my clothes so they wouldn't have to touch the ground. I think they're currently setting up a dressing room, so this won't be a problem much longer. I liked The Batman Animated Series , but I especially like the voice of Harley Quinn. Thank you Arleen Sorkin. Arleen Sorkin definitely set the standard for women doing Harley Quinn voice. The book Mad Love was brought to my attention when I visited Comic World one day. Harley Quinn went through a series of changes, but the Batman Animated Series and The Arkham Series Games are my favorite looks. Margot Robbie was okay as Harley Quinn, but I did not like the Bootyshorts she had to wear through the movie. I don't feel this is how Harley Quinn is. I always received great service at this store and great advice. I also appreciated the advance calls for comics I was intrested in. Great times at this shop.

The place was pretty chilly though I was fine in my jacket, assume it would be quite expensive to keep it heated! I went in recently and purchased a magazine. Upon paying, the cashier asked me to check 3 out of…read morethe 5 magazines on the debit card screen. She said whatever 3 I checked, they would send me a free issue. I assumed they did that to try to get you to subscribe obviously. What she failed to tell me, that by doing this, she actually subscribed me to all of the magazines checked. She never mentioned anything about that or that I would be billed for anything. A month later, my debit card got billed for all 3 subscriptions. It also overdrew my account because I wasn't expecting any unauthorized charges to come out of my account. I was livid. I called and talked to the manager and she could care less. Her "professional answer" was we will look into different ways of how we do marketing. I could care less what you look into, I want to know how my debit card signature counted as a subscription contract without any knowledge. And the fact they weren't eager to offer any solution speaks volumes of this place. I had to call a third party company to cancel. I never got refunded for the subscription or the 3 over draft fees that happened when they ran my account short.
