Bought a couple of shirts online from Dick's online and on Friday 4/20 had to return them both…read more Had paid for them with my debit card which was immediately withdrawn from my account as I would expect. When I returned the items they credited the entire amount back to that debit card. It is now 3 days later and still no money back in my account. I called the store and spoke to the store manager Lindsay and she informed me that it was because MY bank hadn't credited it back to me (I had talked to a person at my bank BEFORE my call to Dick's who said that the refund was NOT pending in my account). I informed the Lindsay of this and she then said that it was Dick's policy for returns was 3-5 business days. I asked her "Now which is it. the bank's fault or Dick's policy the reason it isn't in my account? She then said that I did not need to yell at her (which I most certainly wasn't). I told her that I wasn't yelling at her, I was just telling her why I would not be buying from Dick's again. Lindsay then HUNG UP on me. This is NOT customer service. I did NOT yell, curse, threaten or anything of the sort. I then called and talked to her District manager and he didn't seem really concerned either. VERY POOR SERVICE
