Three Bull Brewery

My girlfriend and I were thrilled to learn that Three Bull's finally has a brick & mortar brewery to now enjoy tasty crafted beer. Three Bull's always wins my vote at the Beerfest. During our visit, a paint and sip party was in-the-works. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. Three Bull's is dog friendly. Indoors is clean and well lit. Table service is not offered; orders are placed and paid for at the counter. Three Bull's does not offer a kitchen; however, bagged snacks can be purchased to munch on. Outdoor food is also welcome. Food trucks are on-site at times. Unfortunately, a food truck was not on-site during our visit. Ciders and wine are available for those who do not care for beer. Three Bull's swag is available for purchase. During my visit, I slurped on a couple Three Bull IPAs for $6.50 each. Overall, Three Bull's is a great family owned and operated brewery. I look forward to returning and slurping on some tasty beer while eating some food truck grub.

Mounted skull, kind of a signature look for the brewery.

I've been keeping an eye on Three Bull for a little while and really was excited when they got their taproom open. In fact we did a day trip to Snohomish specifically with Three Bull in mind during our visit. We weren't disappointed in the slightest and in fact there was so many intriguing beers that we had a tough time making a decision on picking one. So we went with a taster flight in which we could try the several that we( Steve and I) had our eyes on. Beers that we selected for our taster set was the Racked Blackberry IPA, the Toasted Marshmallow Porter, the Jalapeno Blonde and the Coconut Blonde. All four beers were wonderful. We really liked the IPA due to it's different spin with blackberries involved and the marshmallow in the porter was great! I liked the Jalapeno Blonde too but it did have a spicy kick to it. I used to love pepper beers but anymore I have to take them in moderation. This one was very good but glad we got a smaller pour. The Coconut was was very unique and the beer had a very nice balance to it. The taproom is nice, new and clean. It is a great place to hang out at and isn't too far from the downtown. On a nice day it's a very doable walk and Snohomish is such a great town in general it's worth the walking and the craft beers!

March 11, 2023 - Awww... my friends brewery is all grown up from it's humble beginnings of a garage! This'll be a grip biased but it's for the greater good of getting the word out. This microbrewery is top-notch for the space it occupies. Three Bull has partnered with a pinball machine enthusiast, and vinyl record selling company - so you can play pinball, buy some records and drink beer while you talk about it all. Generally a food truck is open to address any needs to munch on grub while tasting great beer.

Very good beer and service. Dog friendly. Standout in a town with many micro options. Will go again.

If you're looking for a bar with bar food and not very good drinks I have the place. Pretty plain…read morevibe and bar look to it, nothing special. I can say we were all pretty disappointed in this place. The staff was the only positive that we took away from this experience. Both servers that we encountered were both kind and attentive. The drinks and food however totally missed the marks. We all started off with drinks 2 margaritas, a gin gimlet and a beer between the four of us. The margaritas were terrible, like I am not sure how they put them as a feature drink. They had zero jalapeños and also offered no spicy margarita whatsoever. My wife's gin gimlet tasted like straight up lime juice. All were complete misses. Next we moved on to the food where each couple ordered a dozen wings. The X's and O's( fries and onion rings) and we also ordered a wedge salad. The wedge salad came out and idk how it was marketed as wedge when it was a bowl of salad completely engulfed in dressing(closer to soup than salad). Next the fries and onion rings came out and I'm not usually a stickler for what things cost, but $17 for like 6 onion rings and a very sad plate of fries. We expected a bit more for what we ordered for the table. Lastly the wings. While the flavoring of the wings were good, they came out not too warm to the touch and biting into them they were cold on the inside. Concerned that we may get sick from uncooked meat they assured us that they were precooked and just dropped into the fryer to finish them off. To me it is concerning that though they were precooked and still missed on hearing them all way, you may need to have a chat with your kitchen. Both of the servers were on top of it and ran both dozens back to have our order recooked. Second time around they were hot and crispy with good flavor(although the garlic boom boom wings were missing one of the sauces the second time around). It didn't matter, we ate them and paid. Not sure we will put this on our revisit list. Maybe the burgers or flatbread were the way to go, but out of 3 menu items and even the drinks.... There needs to be much more effort to everything here...

Went to have a beer there yesterday and it was a great experience. The beer had an amazing flavor…read more It was Creamsicle flavor. The service was great as well. The young lady working there was very friendly, polite and had a smile. Sat outside it was nice. It's dog friendly which I like. Visiting family on the island thought I would try the Thirsty Crab Brewery. I will be recommending this place. Definitely will be going back before I head home. Every time I visit family here on Whidbey Island I will be going there for beer. I was able to visit before heading home. I would recommend Thirsty Crab Brewery to anyone that likes beer.

Well I will say right off the bat if you are trying to get here by GPS it is extremely misleading…read more You can see the business from the main road but you can't turn into the parking lot there. You need to go straight through an intersection just before the brewery, turn on a dirt road and then it will take you to the parking lot. Hopefully directions have been fixed since then by somebody but if not be patient in getting there. My phones were exhausted and running on empty so alas no pictures were taken here unfortunately. We still needed some GPS navigation to get in a homebound direction. There were a lot of good looking beer options here so what we did was get a taster flight which was a wise choice. Some of the beers we had that made up that was a Key Lime Lager which was great. It tasted similar to the dessert and was easily my favorite. Alpenglow was another, also a lager that was pleasant and refreshing. We continued with the unique brews of a Nettle beer, a mango lager and the May Bee Lager. We also got an order of some of their brats from the food truck here. Those weren't too bad, perhaps not the most authentic I have ever came across but enjoyable nonetheless and pairs well with the beers that they have available here. Fun brewery to go to and one that should be stopped at if you are visiting the breweries, cideries, meaderies or wineries on Whidby Island.
