I am currently a Vodafone customer and had some questions about my account. When I walked into the…read morestore there were 3 employees, one was helping another customer. I stood there for a minute but no one acknowledged me, no eye contact, nothing. The manager looking type disappeared into the back room. I had to speak up and ask how long I needed to wait for help. The employee studiously looking at her monitor then helped me. All things being equal, I will go with a Vodafone competitor when my contract is up. This was mediocre customer service at best.

Bought a new phone and before I ever used it the sim got stuck in the phone. Brought phone back in…read moreand the manager laughed at me and then proceeded to take a Stanley Blade to the phone to remove the sim. Left the shop, took the phone with me and went to another phone repair shop. Was told the sim bed had been destroyed from the blade. Called Carphone Warehouse customer care and asked to speak to a manager and the 'customer services rep' refused to let me speak to one. Phone is still broke and I am out of pocket. Getting a new phone will be same price as a repair. Am so annoyed, disgraceful customer service if you could even call it that. Would not recommened Carphone Warehouse Gorey. Chancers!
