I am currently a Vodafone customer and had some questions about my account. When I walked into the store there were 3 employees, one was helping another customer. I stood there for a minute but no one acknowledged me, no eye contact, nothing. The manager looking type disappeared into the back room. I had to speak up and ask how long I needed to wait for help. The employee studiously looking at her monitor then helped me.
All things being equal, I will go with a Vodafone competitor when my contract is up. This was mediocre customer service at best. read more
