I've been coming here for years. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I usually go to Stephanie, but if not all the ladies are typically great EXCEPT yesterday.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The owner asked if I wanted anyone specific & I said no bc there's usually no problem neither did I have a reason to not trust the owner. I'm very sure she paired me with someone new. I asked for a simple clean up and she completely butchered my brows. Tips gone, brows patchy & yet bushy in some areas?? She worked so slow... I felt like I was being tortured. She didn't ask me if I wanted gel & overall the worst service I've received here. Horrible. As a repeating customer, I'm very disappointed with my experience.

I just left after getting my eyebrows done. She THINNED out my eyebrow. I asked her to leave them as thick as she can & she said she'll leave extra hairs left over. . She kept tilting my head hard after asking me to hold on two times while she went to the back. She seemed upset & I didn't understand why. I had a bad experience here before and came back to a different person years later and welp got my eyebrows messed up again.

LOVE how Resham does my brows, she never disappoints! I've been meaning to write a Yelp review for the longest! Literally have been coming to this shop since about 2015/2016, and I instantly loved her work right away, she's my go to lady even when I'm out of town or traveling, I don't want anybody else touching my brows BUT Resham. She's so sweet & even when it's a super busy day for her, her attitude never changes. So calm & literally one of my favorites along with the front desk lady, I wish I knew her name, but I think she's the owner of the shop, so polite and helpful every time! She walks around to make sure every customer comes out the shop happy with whatever service is being done. 10/10 love this eyebrow shop so much!

I have been coming here for a while now and have not had a bad experience. Today I got my eyebrows done by meeta and she has been the best since I have been going here. She takes her time to make sure your eyebrows are symmetrical and can tell she wants to do the best job. I was very satisfied this time around and will continue booking with her. Definitely deserves the tip. read more

I love this place! I stopped getting my eyebrows done regularly because the prices kept going up, but this place makes it affordable again! The owner is super nice and the lady who does my brows does a good job of remembering what I want done with my brows. read more

I absolutely love this place!!! Their services are excellent. I first went to get my eyebrows threaded. They were fast and efficient. On my way out I saw an ad for facials. I have been struggling with mild acne for about 2 years. So, I decided to give it a try I made an appointment. I'm glad I made the decision my skin has significantly improved! read more

Great how they have the $4.99 special for eyebrow threading. I always recommend this place to all my friends. The ladies there do a clean job and they know how to form your eye brows into a nice shape. Always clean and have bright colorful walls. Big plus is that the wait is never long. I like how they have a stamp card as well as putting soothing aloe vera on your brows after they are done threading. They do fast work and it comes out great! read more

I visited the Threading Zone after reading the great reviews on here, I am seriously so glad I tried this place out! Staphny threaded my brows, she did a wonderful job, shaped my brows and cleaned them up so nicely! My cousin who went with me could not stop staring at my brows afterwards because it looked so nice! 5 bucks to get your brows on fleek?? Heck yes!! Definitely going back! read more

The lady I loved Jessica has left. I liked Stephanie at first as a replacement but her quality and customer service has gone down tremendously. I waited half an hour today for her and a "regular" of hers walked in and she was going to take her before me! I argued and then she rushed through me and my eyebrows didn't come out even and weren't cut, still bushy. I like them thin and she was arguing with me about making them thinner too, trying to rush me out. Rule number 1 - do what the customer tells you. I really love the owner but I'm afraid I won't be coming back read more

I came here on a Tuesday around 5pm, it was super busy! I was in a rush and there were only 3 people working at the time. I wanted to wait for Stephanie but literally there were 6 people before me waiting for her. I SHOULD HAVE WAITED OR CAME BACK. This is absolutely MY fault for not waiting. Anyways.. I tried a new person & boy did I regret it immediately after she started threading :(. She literally did it so slow and it hurt so bad... she took off so much hair! MY EYEBROW IS SO THIN. I WANTED TO CRY. I told her just to clean it. UGH! And then to make it worst when she was trimming my eyebrows, SHE TRIMMED MY SKIN TOO! AND SHE WAS YANKING MY EYEBROWS WHEN SHE TRIMMED THE HAIR. Usually Stephanie trims only a LITTLE BIT OFF. THIS NEW GIRL TRIMMED SO MUCH :/! My eyebrows take FOREVER TO GROW. I am so sad! Anyways after I saw my eyebrows, the lady asked me if I liked it and I straight up said no, ITS TOO THIN. She said because my eyebrows are uneven... So I said how come when Stephanie does it she doesn't go crazy and thread all my brows off?! She said, well next to wait for Stephanie. GIRL, BYE. Rude as hell. Usually she is never rude. NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO DO BROWS. I LEARNED MY LESSON, DO NOT TRUST ANYONE ELSE WITH MY BROWS EXCEPT STEPHANIE!!!!! read more

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars considering the pricing and speedy service but unfortunately my experience trumps those qualities. After reading raving reviews from those who received a brazilian wax here, I dropped in to do the same. I was a bit nervous at first but that was the least of my concern. The reason for my poor experience was because the attendant did not know what she was doing. The wax was too hot and the whole procedure was inconsiderate of my experience. I left in pain and the following day with burn scars from the hot wax. At least there's no infection which would be so much worse. I suggest going to a more professional spot that do these waxes on a daily. read more

I was in driving in the area and quickly checked myself out in the rear view mirror and damn my eyebrows were messed up- I needed a fix stat! Whipped out the iphone and searched nearby eyebrow threading and this place popped up. Hmm..it has good reviews and what? 4.99 threading?? $5 for eyebrow threading super cheap and the girls do a great job. The ladies here actually care about making your eyebrows even and work with you until that's accomplished. I have been coming here for 2 years plus and will continue coming here. The owner is really nice as well as her employees. Sometimes it can get pretty busy in here. read more

Overall customer service is good and the ladies do a great job cleaning up the brows. The owner does her best to remember you and they have even accomodated me after arriving shortly after closing. Well worth the price. Now if they can only extend their times so im not speeding down Crenshaw after work, amd maybe add 1 more chair on the busy days. read more

Got my eyebrows threaded only to find small pimples all over my forehead about a day or two later. The service was lovely and the shape of my brows came out really nicely but again, my forehead area broke out..I'm assuming it's because of the thread being in and out of their mouths... read more

$5 for eyebrow threading is always a good price for me! I'm so over paying a lot of money just to get them cleaned. The ladies that work there are always friendly! There is a younger lady there that shaped my eyebrows nicely and I was really satisfied with the shape. They have a stamp card with a discount on services on your fifth stamp and free threading on your tenth stamp. This is my go-to eyebrow threading place! read more

I decided to give the new girl a try, but I did not like how they came out, and neither did my daughter. She also takes forever. I am now on the search for a new eyebrow spot.

Experience was most unpleasant and painful. The lady used a thread that was a lot finer and sharper causing to leave marks and minimal blood.. The threading was so bad that you can see halve of the hairs stuck, they look like open pores now. In addition, I asked for a clean only for the eyebrow, yet she took more, shortened them and removed too much from the top. She left so many hairs for my li threading that I have to now pluck. Missed so many spots and failed to communicate, did what ever she wanted. The same quick way I was referred here, it is the same quick way that I will not return or recommend. Not cool!

I ended up paying her the full amount $10 because that wasn't the point , I just want to make it very clear I was not trying to get a discount or anything I was truly UNSATISFIED with her work. She didn't even apologize throughout our interaction all she offered was for me to go back next week so she can fix it.. WITH WHAT BROWS am I supposed to come back !!!?!!?!?! They're literally all gone. The reason it makes me so upset is because my brows typically take MONTHS to grow out and I have a wedding to go to next week. I am going to speak to the manger Tika when she comes back to let her know what's going on and to make sure the girls she's hiring to work there actually know how to thread eyebrows because this was really unacceptable she cannot afford to keep losing customers

She's always super friendly and actually remembers me, which I really appreciate. I get my eyebrows and upper lip done for $14. They have a board with all the prices clearly displayed, which is nice and straightforward. It's affordable and the results are consistently good. The place is almost always busy, which makes sense because they do solid threading plus facials and waxing too. You'll see moms with their daughters, couples getting services, and people chatting with Fami like they've known her for years. It has a really nice, friendly family vibe. Quick tip: they're closed on Mondays. I didn't realize that one time and "cheated" on Fami by going somewhere else. That place left my brows way too thin and short, not how I like them at all. Fami was able to help shape them back the way I prefer, which I was really grateful for. Fami does a great job and I always leave happy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss spot for brows.

Also inexpensive compared to fancy salons with lots more overhead. Definitely smart to ask the price before you sit down. Although there is a menu with prices on the wall. My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years; I recently relocated and so I had not had a chance to get them done for a while and thought this would be an opportunity to reshape them a little bit. I went in and showed the beautician a picture, told her exactly what I wanted to avoid and asked very specifically that she be careful in some spots. My eyebrows look horrible: they are completely uneven, look nothing like the picture I offered, they are arched, thin and short which is just a complete destruction of my thick, beautiful eyebrows that just needed some cleaning and a bit of shape. Owner has a very selective process in choosing her threaders so they're all great! Underarm waxing is ridiculously cheap, only $8!!! And Brazilian wax is only $25!!!
