Love coming here to get my eyebrows done. Very nice inside and the women here are nice efficient.

Have used the services at this location a few times. With the exception of one service, I've had to ask for touch ups as the brow clean ups were clearly not clean, at first glance. Besides that the staff is nice and friendly, but attention to detail would be an invaluable asset. read more

This place is horrible. I would never return. I've been coming here for years all of a sudden the last few months when I've been going, they've been overcharging me on my services. I usually pay $42. For a full face and neck .They been charging me 47$ when I've been paying that price for the last 15 years I will never return the ladies in there are so rude including the owner always rolling her eyes at me they always mess up on my Eyebrows. On top of that there is so much hair that's been missed I have a lot of hair on my face chin everywhere they always rush my service to get to the next customer and I always end up leaving unhappy don't come here . read more

They took about 7 minutes total it seemed that the taller one needed help so she asked the shorter older one for help and she took over, i was worried they messed up my eyebrows but they were fine other than some spots they missed that i just plucked. overall wouldnt go again because they didnt wash their hands in between clients, i dont think they even changed the thread though i cant say for sure. and the taller one smelled really bad that the whole salon stank. idk how theyre not more comments about that because i had to hold my breath on and off the whole seven minutes until the shorter one came to finish off the threading. Cheap but i rather pay a few dollars more for a better experience. Cleanliness is a big deal wash your hands. read more

i always come here regularly to the older lady who does my eyebrows. recently they hired new employees who do not know what they are doing. i told the girl i wanted a clean up only as i was growing my eyebrows out and she took off so much off my ends and everywhere. not only that but she made me bleed when she did my upper lip. i've been getting my lip threading for over 7 years and never once have i bled. i asked for her name to talk to my regular lady about it and she literally refused to give me her name saying she was going to call her instead. she said to one of the customers "can you see what she's talking about" and he said "yea you made her bleed you cut her next to her lip" and she said "i don't know what i did" ?? literally a random guy she didn't see that she made me bleed ? i have no idea if this lady is in her right mind or not but she needs to go and everyone be careful. absolutely worse service i've received read more

I went in to get an eyebrow tint done. I have very thin, blonde eyebrows and explained that I want them SLIGHTLY darker. She began by pulling out thread, which I had to stop because it wasn't what I asked for. This led me to believe she hadn't listened to me at all. She then began the tint process quickly without going over color with me. I assume she's a professional and understood what I meant and at the very least would match my hair color. I could not have been more wrong. My brows were tinted as black as possible and she did a poor job with that too. To top it off, while the tint was setting, she threaded the brows of two other clients resulting in the tint being left on for too long. What an awful experience. read more

Okay I wanted to be understanding about the whole situation with my eyebrows but I draw the line when my skin comes into play. I just KNOW they don't wash their hands or something because for the first time in 3 years of getting my brows done, I broke out on my forehead after going here! I usually get my eyebrows done back home since i'm pretty picky about my eyebrows as they're thick and one of my more prominent features, but I tried this place because a friend recommended it and I was looking for a new spot but this will not be it. After the lady threaded my brows they were so squiggly and left quite uneven, (even my boyfriend could tell they were messed up and he said he can usually barely tell the difference) and when I pointed out a strip of hair she left under my eyebrow (she clearly threaded around it already but left that line of strays there for some reason) she told me that my eyebrows are naturally uneven and she tried to fix it but couldn't?? Everywhere I've gotten my eyebrows done before has been able to even out my brows and leave them clean looking, so I know it's not my eyebrows. I even went home after and fixed them myself and they were 100% in better shape than how she left them. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place and I won't be returning :/ read more

It's been more than one occasion where I have walked in and they have the open sign on ,then they tell me they're closed ?. I have noticed it's always the older ladies who do this and not when Parjit is there. Just call ahead make sure they are indeed open. read more

I went and stoped by Ulta to get me some goodies and came across this Threading Place. I decided to give it a try and honestly it was amazing. I told them exactly how I wanted my eyebrows and they did that. Amazing customer service, employees were nice and the overall place was clean and organized. Definitely recommend them! read more

I drove past their signs near Costco and decided to stop by, and I'm really glad I did! They're located right next to Ultra, in a corner area. Harjit did such a great job threading my relatively thin eyebrows into a really great shape. I've had other people give me super thin brows, or too hesitant to thread too much and leave me with shapeless brows. She struck the perfect balance, and I love the results.
