Dipping powet & Pedicure are always good , verry busy salon but fully staffed . I will be back again

    Fullset with 3D Jelly designs

Just got it done by Tiffany, the new girl. Omg, I'm over the moon, the 3D jelly they recommended me was so dope. I've been looking for something different and give a shot, so worth it. Definitely, will be back for a fill and a pedicure soon *also, be clear with them about the price, the designs aren't included in a fullset

First time here without doing research like I usually do and I have to say; GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! First things first, the techs are not very professional. 3/5 were newbies to the nail world so every client was getting bounced from tech to tech and people were leaving because they were just taking way too long. For the pedicures everything is fine but for the manicures is a completely different story. I am a very picky gal who knows what she wants with that being said, the tech was not only applying the acrylic nails sideways rather than straight but also was working on my hands without gloves and I noticed she had cuts on her hand so please WATCH OUT! That's how people get infections on their nails. I made a comment about that and she put on gloves. Additionally they have their filing machines on high setting which burns you when they are working on your hands so ask them to lower the setting. The tech was also missing so many details like particles on the nails when she was painting them, also she was leaving areas deformed with sharp sides. The environment was not good at all. The salon was going to be closed down due to sales being low and people not going there but the owner chose to sell it to someone else which made it go under new owner ,however the new owner isn't changing anything at all which will make this salon close down eventually, just like it should of had. Language barrier is the other thing, a salon needs at least one person who is fluent in English otherwise it leads to misunderstandings but this salon doesn't have a single person who can communicate properly. Pricing is Ridiculous! Nowhere in the menu does it say that prices for designs depend on the tech, so if the tech thinks is a difficult design they will charge you $200!! For just the design!! Insane right!!!??? I literally had to pull out my designs and showed her each one and she gave me different prices but all $150 and up. The tech couldn't even draw simple straight lines and yet she was charging $200 for one of my designs! A little girl got her pedi done and she got charged $70!!!! Are you serious??? For a freaking child! That's abusing! The little girls mom was mad about the price for her daughter's pedi and the mom said she would just go somewhere else for her nails. Last but not least, the photos that they have on their social media profiles are fake, they don't do those nails there. And some photos are from when they started which was under the old owner the good techs they had left which is how the salon ended up having techs that are beginners. If you look at yelp and google you will realize that nothing adds up, some of their reviews are from their own employees to try and mask the true reviews. DO YOUR RESEARCH LADIES! OVERALL AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE PEOPLE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU

Ladies very nice, attentive. They go above and beyond. Takes a little longer but well worth it

Very bad experience, I have been going there for many years and in my recent vist I got a nail infection. Poor service.

Excellent, clean location, very relaxing. This location is under New Management, the staff was very nice and did a great job on my nails. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Katie at Savvy Nails did a fantastic job on my Toes, just in time for my favorite holiday! And the hot stone massage is just what I needed to relax at the end of a long week. A little bit of bliss in my day.

Love going to Brenda for my acrylic sets. She's super sweet and professional. I always get what I ask for.

Went in for a fill. Got 1st set somewhere else. I am not sure who helped me because she didn't give me her name. She hardly spoke and quite frankly I loved that lol. I'm not too big on small talk. I was very satisfied with her work. She was quick. Clean. Efficient. Will definitely come back.

I've been going to Savvy Nails since new management took over about 6 months ago. Mandy always do a great job on my manicure & pedicure. Each visit was an amazing experience. Mandy took her time and does flawless work and know exactly how you want your nails. I won't be going any where else .

It's not well advertised, but they offer waxing here too and she switched back and forth to get every hair. Truly everything you want in an artist!

Four people filed in during the 7 minutes it took to get my eyebrows done. As others have mentioned, there was no warm welcome, but that's ok. This is definitely not what they're known for. I told the lady it was my first time getting threading instead of waxing. She mentioned that it's very easy and it's supposed to be more gentle on your skin. It seriously took about 7 minutes, with just a spool of thread, and she made quick work of my brows. At one point, she told me to hold down my eyelid, so she could get the underside of my brow/upper eyelid. Afterwards, she applied some cooling liquid with a cotton ball and handed me a mirror so I could admire the work. Job well done! I always thought threading meant they pulled out individual hairs, but it seems that they pull out hairs in a row/line. It was only slightly uncomfortable, and in fact it was much better to pull out the hairs in a row using thread than it would've been at home with tweezers. With waxing, I'd have a general burning sensation all at once. With threading, you get little stings here and there as they shape your eyebrows. My eyes watered just a little. It was very tolerable! Not to mention it was only $12. What a find! I've discovered my new fav way to get my brows done.

But the worst part is how dirty the manicure station was. Also, she pulled out the implements from her apron. This gave me concern for the implements not being sterilized. After using them she then gave it a quick wipe with alcohol, which is not following Board requirements. Also, the nail file and sponge buffer was pulled out her apron and appeared to be previously used. Needless to say I will not return to this location. (4) Then totally immerse in an EPA-registered disinfectant with demonstrated bactericidal, fungicidal, and virucidal activity, used according to manufacturer's instructions.
