From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to understand exactly what shape I was going for and delivered results that completely exceeded my expectations. Rana's technique is flawless: precise, quick, and surprisingly gentle. My brows came out perfectly symmetrical and beautifully defined. I've had threading done at so many places, but nothing compares to the level of skill and care she brings. What really set this experience apart was how warm and attentive she was throughout the whole appointment. No awkward silence, no rushing, just a genuinely pleasant vibe that made the whole thing feel like a treat rather than a chore. I walked out feeling like a completely different (and much more put-together) person. My brows have never looked this good! I'm already counting down the days until my next appointment. If you haven't booked with Rana yet, do yourself a favor and go NOW. You will not regret it!

My mom and I both got full‑face threading, but the girls who worked on us clearly didn't know what they were doing. I even told her that I didn't feel the hairs being pulled out while she was threading, but she ignored my concerns, same with my mom. When we got home, the hair on my face was still there. It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows.
