Prior to booking an appointment I called to discuss my options and found Rupa to be very knowledgeable of her craft and understanding of my dilemma. She booked me an appointment for me and when I showed up the quality of service, professionalism not to mention friendly atmosphere is what I was looking for. My friend started coming here and her eyebrows look phenomenal, so I figured I would step out of my comfort zone and give it a shot. WOW. I am so shocked I will never get them waxed again. I had put in my name and cell, and figured I would call in the morning to try to get in touch. 10 minutes later the owner of the salon, Dey, texted me to see if she could help me with my appointments. In under 5 minutes she responded again to tell me I had 3 mani/pedis at noon the next day. We walked in and were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The girls were brought to their pedicure chairs immediately and mine was available a few minutes later. The process was amazing - they do the mani and the pedi at the same time - 2 nail techs working on your services. Needless to say, I've never experienced anything like it! Our nails were amazing, and the nail techs did a fantastic job. From start to finish - this experience was truly outstanding - WOW !!
