After reading such great reviews, I decided to give threading with Dhruti a try. Given all the great things people said about her. I had high expectations- and I could say that she did not disappoint. Called trying to schedule an appointment and she was conveniently available within the next 10 minutes . Located in a salon in downtown Redlands, but has your own private room. Dhruti was very kind and went over expectations before starting my eyebrows. My eyebrows are asymmetric, with one more rounded, and she did such a great job and keeping the thickness, but also shaping them. The entire appointment took around 10 minutes.- quick and painless. The total ended up being $15. I think she did such a great job with my eyebrows and highly recommend her to anyone looking to get their eyebrows threaded! All the great yelp reviews are not for nothing!

Was looking forward to coming here after seeing the positive reviews. Walked in and requested a clean up. Left eyebrow came out great. I have no idea what happened to the right. Very thinned, arched, and came out higher/uneven than my left eyebrow. I may have came here on a bad day, but I won't be returning to prevent this from happening again. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because my left eyebrow was what I wanted / expected.

Dhruti is super quick: she puts on her 5(?) minute timer and gets to work. She trims your brows up first, then starts threading. She shapes them up and somehow, my brows have been getting thicker in the way they are getting maintained by her. I never feel the need to ever do them now after she's been working on me. $14 every month is really good. All my brow hairs have been growing back a lot thinner now too... Dhruti, you're awesome! Thank you for your quick and in and out service.

I have been going to her for a few months now. Every 2 weeks I make an appointment, today I got off work late, but I decided to still go hoping she could take me in. Going in I said "I'm sorry I got off work late" her response was "oh" Um ok . She had her make up out, and her hair was in the process of getting styled, she obviously had somewhere to go. She was clearly in a rush and my eyebrows show it. She made my eyebrows extremely thin and I HATE thin eyebrows!!. I told her every time I went in that I DO NOT want them thin, and that's exactly what she did today. If you had somewhere to go, close your shop!!! Don't rush your work. Never going back. read more

Amazing results. Couldn't be happier. I didn't get my brows done for about three months, life happened and i didn't have time. I usually go somewhere else and I was planning to go back but the lady was out I needed my brows to look good for the weekend. Saw the pictures of Dhruti's work and I was sold. When I came in, she knew right away that my eyebrows were different from each other. I've been struggling for them to look the same. She went ham on my brows and about 5 min later she was done and they never looked so even. When she handed me the mirror I literally said "WOAH". Before Dhruti, my eyebrows were uneven and they were a different shape from using tweezers for about a year lol Dhruti was able to shape them and make them even and i can't be any happier!! I was nervous about going to a new person for my eyebrows and she did not disappoint! She was gentle and quick and they turned out great!! My eyebrows have a few spots where i need to fill them in so i added 2 pics. One right after threading and one after i filled it in. I used to get my eyebrows done at Be-ya in Fontana but for some reason they closed without any notice or heads up??? So i began to panic because I'm SO picky when it comes to who I can trust with my eyebrows and couldn't seem to find any place that I felt like I was comfortable with...until I found Dhruti. Omg you guys she is a gift from heaven I swear! My brows have never looked so good from anyone AND...she was fast as hell! I was in and out in less than 10 min (and let me tell you...my brows looked like two fat baby caterpillars from how long it had been since I had gotten them tamed). First time at Dhruti and immediately I can tell why people continue to come back. She is kind, skilled, and is very personable. She was able to quickly review what was necessary to fix my eyebrows, but also listened to what my eyebrow goals were. I received a few tips on how to take care of them and I will definitely be back in about three weeks for upkeep. Great experience and well worth it. read more

Dhruti was very accommodating, I was able to make a last minute appointment with no problem. Also, when I came in my eyebrows were uneven, probably from the last threading I had done at another establishment. She was able to point it out and fix it. She also gave me some tips on how to grow out my brows and that she would personalize my future threadings to achieve the brows I want. She is very professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend. And her prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be coming back soon! PS. Dhruti has a nice set up inside another salon. Before she threaded my eyebrows, she noticed that one was thicker than the other one. She asked me how I wanted my eyebrows! She did an amazing job threading my eyebrows. The thread she used was good quality. It didn't even hurt. She was very friendly. The room was private. She went drew the curtain to give me privacy. She also offers waxing, facials, and henna. She applied eyebrow powder to make my eyebrows look more defined. I loved the look. She does take appointments and walk ins. Super sweet and knowledgeable! I been going since 2017 , dhruti work is amazing and she's super professional , since the covid 19 I haven't had my brows done as soon as she opened she texted me and answered my concerns.I felt super comfortable she told me she is only taking appointments and mask need to be worn at all times she even sent me a pic that she's being strict about covid 19 guidelines . Well this is only my second time getting my eyebrows threaded.The first time I liked the experience but my eyes brows were completely different. So I stumbled across this place on yelp. Love it! She's fantastic, we didn't have an appointment and she squeezed 3 of us in. She actually asked how I wanted them and corrected the problems from last time and told us to put oil on eye brows every night to help them fill in, get darker etc. So going back but I will definitely make an appointment! read more

It is hard to trust a new brow lady but Dhruti definitely gave me what I asked for! She response quickly, she's polite, and she definitely gets the job done. Also she's COVID certified (or whatever) so she doesn't have the thread in her mouth when threading! Something that was extremely important to me. Definitely would come back! Ever since I knew about her. My eyebrows used to be uneven since I let her do eyebrows she has fixed it. I like thick eyebrows she has maintained the same thickness and shape. I will recommend this to my friends to her for their eyebrows. I have one on my male friend goes to her for his brows. I only wish you are available on Sundays and Mondays. read more

I've hit jackpot finding Dhruti for my eyebrows! She's got a private space inside of a beauty salon and she really takes her time to do your eyebrows. Unlike other places where they stop midway to answer a phone call or do something else, Dhruti devotes her time on you. She's very sweet and accommodating. I was highly recommended to Sam by my daughter. I have never gone to Sam for any services but my daughter had a wonderful experience with Sam having an eyebrow lamination. So needless to say I was excited to see Sam. I drove about over an hour out of my way but boy was I glad. Sam did an amazing job! My eyelash perm came out perfect! Not only was she so professional - it felt great, no discomfort or stinging. Also she was very gentle and friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I get anxiety and she made sure I was at ease. The place is so cute in the cutest charming building on the cutest charming old street. It looks like it must be historical- inside a historical building which had so much character. My treatment went great, best customer care, the interaction was amazing and the ambiance was also great. AND her prices are competitive and she gives really good results. I found Dhruti after I moved and was searching for threading places near my area because my experience at a previous place didn't go too well. Just by looking at the pictures of her work, I knew I could trust her with my eyebrows. I took my mother along with me and it only took two visits to her salon, for us to get our original shapes back. She's super sweet and very professional. She takes the time to listen to what you want and is never in a rush to finish up. She gives tips on helping you grow and maintain your eyebrows. I've been going to a threading salon in Riverside for the past 3 years. The last time I went I lost a chunk of my eyebrow. I have pretty thick brows! I went to Dhruti & she fixed them and helped make them more even. (Okay they look amazing. I've been to estheticians & they never did them this well--these look 10x better ) It was my first time with her. She takes her time, is patient & it is obvious she has several years of experience. I had my first appointment with Dhruti today. She took the time to listen to how I wanted them- which is really important to me because I have had my eyebrows ruined by someone else who hadn't listened to my preferences. I wasn't expecting too much since the process of was so quick and painless, but HOLY AMAZING EYEBROWS, BATMAN! They look perfect. Have you ever walked past a mirror and checked yourself out because your eyebrows look so good? Until today, I hadn't, but I can't stop looking at them. I am always happy with results after I leave Dhruti's salon. She is thorough and very clean. I've tried almost every threading salon in Redlands and my facial hair always grew back within a week. When Dhruti does it, I can wait two weeks until my next appointment because her technique is so thorough. Although Dhruti's prices may be a few dollars higher than other places in Redlands, it's definitely worth it. She is always able to make time for her customers even if she is booked up--I would recommend calling or texting her for an appointment if you are in a rush though. Super nice and friendly. My eyebrows have always been so important to me because I use to over-pluck therefore now I'm always extremely carful with them and who gets to do them. The place I use to go to is too far from my home and the closest place to my home doesn't do them too good they over do them. I was letting my eyebrows grow out for months so going in I was anxious but as soon as I sat down she asked me about my eyebrow history, how I prefer them she then proceeded to do them the way I have always dreamt of having them and she even gave me advice on the edges so next time I go we can keep fixing them. read more

Dhruti is outstanding! One of the most amazing individuals out here. She did an incredible job every time I came in. I even went to ULTA beauty for a wax on my brows, and they butchered them!! Then I waited just one week and asked dhruti to fix them.....and guess what? She not only fixed and cleaned up the mess ULTA had made, but she also gave me confidence that my brows will be better in no time. And to even give great advice on skincare is very appreciated. So I googled for a threading place and this location came up with 5 stars; as I was reading the reviews of how good, fast, and painless Dhruti has been, I said OK I'll give this place a try. I recently moved to Redlands from Rancho and looking for an eyebrow threading salon and found Dhruti on yelp ! I went to another place in the area and they messed up my eyebrows they were more square and arched and i had lost the arch and more round.. 2nd time going with Dhruti and don't regret it one bit she listens to what you want and getting my shape back ! She's wonderful! I did my brows, lip, and chin. I have thick, course, Hispanic hair and she threaded it with ease. Very light hand and super fast. I've been other places and they miss a hair here and there but she didn't miss a thing. I guess I always blamed the other on lighting. I found her on Yelp and saw she had great reviews, however I was skeptical but gave it a try. I have gone to her 4 times and every time she fixes my eyebrows so they look even better. Other eyebrow threading I've gone to messed up my eyebrows or wouldn't really shape them. Dhruti really can work some magic and leave your eyebrows just the perfect shape.
