He first said that they would come by tomorrow (Friday) but then he asked my husband how old he was. When he told him that he was 82 the owner, James Riggins, said he would be right over! Super nice. I called and they verifies that it had been 8 month since my HVAC service 14 month since my generator. My winter HVAC service was skipped and my annual 2025 generator service was skipped......however I had paid for them. The customer service person did not seem to care in the least and actually told me I should have called them to schedule the service. I asked to speak with her manager (Mason) and he never called me back. Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time!
