Once getting to the front desk to check out, Chase helped us. We had a problem with our payment initially and he showed me immense kindness and patience. Scot came to help as well when sorting things out. They were all very friendly and clearly knew good customer service. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I needed from my newly needed farm supplies to pet essentials. The staff (I didn't get everyone's names unfortunately) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. What really stood out the most was the friendly customer service and the quality of the products. It's clear they care about their customers and the communities they serve. I'll definitely be coming back for future needs. The prices truly aren't half bad, either. I love the clearance that they have and look forward to finding more treasures.

They seem to really take great care of their animals, and I thoroughly can't say enough great things about Andy. Andy is someone who works often there, and he truly cares about the animals and the customers. You can usually find him tending to the fish. He's helped us out SEVERAL times and now knows us pretty well, and we always know we will be taken care of there by Andy. Kylie is also very sweet and kind, and she really made my check out experience nice. She was super friendly and helpful and also just made our last trip enjoyable. This will always be my first choice location. They stay in stock rather well and are very organized. They also are rather clean, and that is always a nice touch to a place, especially that has to do with animal care.

Cindy at the front with her pink hair was so kind to us and my toddler, and she really was just a treat to get to know! I also was helped by another staff member when I got more chicks, but I can't remember her name. It started with an L I believe. She was so sweet and was just absolutely a joy to talk to. She was funny, too, and had me and my hubby laughing. My toddler also enjoyed her and told her, "Mommy, no more chickens!" when she saw her putting more chickens in the box. I love the amount of stuff you can get here. It's like a pharmacy to me, everything in this place is good for my health. Plants, chickens, gardening, flowers... All of the stuff that is sold at Tractor Supply truly is healthy for my soul. This was a treat to get to visit, and I can't wait to go back just to look. I got my chicken feed for a good deal, too.
