Each come with fries inside the pita(which I haven't had it like that). They are $12 and come out fast. Very good and I was full before it was finished. Definitely a good spot next time. I wasn't the biggest fan of the citrus pickles but the mac sauce was awesome and let me tell you-- that burger patty was *so good*. It didn't surprise me when I found out that they use Fresh From Florida ingredients. BIG fan of that! Not pictured, but equally loved: the yucca fries. The fish is listed on their menu but it didn't say that it came w/a side. To my surprise there were hand cut fries included in the order. HAND CUT!!! I had the shark and shark is so thick, tasteless and difficult to do much with but it was incredible. I believe it was a corn meal type breading. This was a HUGE portion and wasn't greasy at all. I don't usually do fries but these only had a very slight sprinkle of salt and was greaseless. Chris is great when it comes to cooking and there's virtually only a slight wait time. His assistant gets things out quick. The only one criticism I could see is that the shark could of used a slight bit more of seasoning. This is one of the better food trucks that I've eaten at. Full disclosure, the buff chicken was good but very small amount of chicken. Very small. The regular sliders were a much better value. I would have liked some ranch or blue cheese on the buff chicken but I like to try things the way they are intended by the chef. It was good. I am not saying they weren't but again, small. The hand cut/skin on fries were great. They were not crunchy. They offer packets of ketchup, salt and pepper. It was great. Perfect portions of fries. I would definitely stop back. I love to hear the clergymen in prayer in the back room, and the regulars with their polite nods of acknowledgment remind you where you are. The community outreach is deeper than can be spotted in just one visit since good deeds are done so silently behind the scenes. The consistency and flavors still cannot be beat for the price as they insist on undercharging seniors while egg prices continue to go straight up. Tipping decent and participating in toys 4 tots and school supply drives seems the best way to support these peeps. Carpet dining forever! No other breakfast spot can touch you Yolk, I luv you!!!
