Came to my job, which is why it won't allow me to check in…read more The menu sounded amazing and the prices were right it seemed. Service was extremely slow even for a lunch rush. Waited 30 minutes in line just to order and another 25 minutes for my food. I ordered the chicken nachos and a side of esquites. The chicken nachos were awful. Store bought chicken with yellow store bought nacho cheese and some chicken and a whole layer of jalapeños. Awful! The side of esquites was basically a side of corn in a bunch of Mayo. Disgusting.

Legit Mexican vibe, and man I really wanted to love this place!! The people were awesome, the vibe…read morewas great, menu looked delicious....but the food fell short of my expectations. I placed a takeaway order. I got there a little bit after they opened and wanted an ear of Mexican corn, and a couple tamales. Neither were ready and that was the end of the story. Not like they will be ready in 15 mins or 30 mins and do you want to wait. Nope. I ended up with a cup of corn, which was tasty, but was packed in a 6oz styrofoam coffee cup? I also ordered a carnitas torta and pastor quesadilla. The torta was good size and the bun was fantastic!! The filings were very light and the carnitas tasted more like beer braised shredded pork then crisp citrusy pork nuggets. The bun was amazing and since the fillings were so sparse, I easily finished it and the quesadilla. The most prominent flavor in the pastor quesadilla was salt. The meat was salty. The quantity of cheese was good, but overall a poor excuse of a $10 quesadilla. If I'm driving past, I might stop again to try a tamale or some tacos, but it's not a destination restaurant for me.

I really love these Deviled Eggs!…read more I like deviled eggs a lot...when they are made right. I hate mayo, so if the filling tastes like mayo it's a bad deviled egg to me. I explained this to the owner of this food truck and she let me know that they don't even use mayo to make their deviled eggs! I love a traditional deviled egg with the relish and paprika and all, but you won't find those here. All the eggs have a unique flavor and spin to them. I tried the: Buffalo with Bleu cheese Thai green Curry German Bier Cheese Blueberry Jalapeño All were different, but delish! I found this truck at the Sunday Morning market at Starkey Ranch. To be honest it was the only thing that interested me at this market. I only wish I could get these deviled eggs closer to me as I think this company might be based in Zephyrhills which is a long trek for me. I do love that this is a family run business. Mother, father and son were all involved in running the food truck. I got my eggs really fast!

Do not walk,…read morebecause as soon as the word is out, there will be a line for these DELICIOUS DEVILED EGGS. There have been more than several occasions they have sold out of certain flavors, and you do NOT want to miss out on these. I finally had the opportunity to try these tasty deviled eggs this past weekend at the St. Pete Saturday Market held at Al Lang Stadium. As soon as I spied them, there was no line. The closer I got, I eyed another customer inching closer. Using my ninja skills, I beat him to table. My boyfriend had three of the Black Bean Fiesta, and he devoured them in a couple of minutes. I had three: Pimento Cheese, Bacon Jalapeño, and Port Wine & Fig. My favorite was the Bacon Jalapeño. Shocker, I know, ha ha. I am a wimp when it comes to spice and it wasn't too spicy for me. Lily and her husband were very pleasant to deal with and our order had such a quick turn around time. Stop and pay them a visit when you see them, you can thank me later.

When we walked in we were immediately greeted and one of the young ladies asked us if it was our first time in. She then proceeded to explain the menu and let us know what they were out of. The owner was also walking around greeting customers and he spoke to us. After we placed our take out order, one of them offered to bring the food to our which was nice. We ordered the dark meat chicken dinner with mac and cheese and baked beans plus a few extra sides: french fries, collard greens, and potato salad. We also ordered the original banana pudding and strawberry crunch banana pudding. The chicken was delicious and the sauce was fantastic. I wish we could've bought a bottle of it to take home with us. The sides did not miss either. My favorite side was the baked beans and my husband loved the fries. I LOVE my baked beans with ground beef in them. The banana pudding was so so good and it was devoured immediately. Wish we would've bought two more lol. Note: The collard greens have smoked turkey in them not pork, so I appreciated that. Absolutely wonderful meal to close out our trip to the beach. Highly recommend stopping by, and I can't wait to visit Tarpon Springs again just to eat here.
