The agent who came was polite and courteous but come on, 50% of what sites like zillow show the property to be worth and they offer you that with a straight face. I would have taken an offer at say 70-75% but 50% was an insult. I will not waste my time with places like this that will try and buy at rock bottom prices only to flip it making huge profits at your expense. I cannot understand how one review was 5 stars but, that review was 9 years old so maybe they have changed for the worse.

So they basically just took my application fee and denied me with no explanation. And lane said Hailey wasn't able to give him a reason why. UNPROFESSIONAL edit: finally got a response from Hailey and she stated that the guy that was helping me lied about me being denied. And kept trying to tell me the job I am WORKING at right now as we was on the phone was a fake job. I just wouldn't recommend! Personally felt like it was just to keep my application fee. My wife and I were looking to buy a rental property from out of state and Tiffany was prompt in getting back to me (always a great first start), we chatted with a couple agents but Tiff was easy to talk to and had a few strategies we liked out of the gate. And she was an ASU grad so bonus points! We narrowed in on a budget, cities, and showing strategy (we bought sight unseen due to how competitive it is right now so coming to view each property didnt make sense) so virtual tours were key. We put trust in her to look at the house, point out any red flags and give offer advise. She even talked us away from one house we wanted to offer on which is good in my opinion, that's why you hire someone with industry experience, so we really appreciated that it wasn't just ablut closing a deal. We had specific requirements so after looking for about a month, she ended up finding us a beautiful house in Tempe before it hit the market and negotiated with the seller to work out a deal. We 100% would not have got that house if it wasn't for her and may still be looking today. We're very happy, and finally met her in person on inspection day.
