They have plenty of seating where you can spend some time reading and relax. I usually come here for Christian greeting cards or to gift someone a Bible (they have an option to engrave in the store and gift wrap). Parking is easy and free in front of the store. The only suggestions I would make is to improve their coffee quality and sell baked goods so people can hang out and eat, open later hours in the evening and host events for the community. Customer service is nice and they gift wrap for a small fee which is convenient. If you're curious about a Christian author and don't want to buy the book online then you can check it out here first. I love physical books, but don't buy them often because I have a Kindle and because they've gotten expensive over the years. HOWEVER, give me a deal and it's on! HAHA! I had never been to this book store until the sale. It's small, but there's such a good selection of used books. The used books are also in really good shape. The team member on site the day we went was GREAT! He took the time to assist us in looking for books on our lists and giving us recommendations for other books to read. I also like the idea that you can bring the books back that you purchase, for a percentage off on your next book. Check them out, explore the selection they have, and support local!

The process was super easy. I went partly in hopes of finding a used copy of a novel my Book Club has been wanting to read, but isn't at the library. I was shocked/overjoyed to find TWO copies, both of which I purchased on the spot. Great value for sure. Can't wait to go back & browse their selection more fully when I have more time. The employees are always the sweetest and always make sure to welcome you with a big bright smile on their faces! They have an incredible selection of book in stock! You can get lost in there for hours just looking at the book provided. They have a bit of everything for an extremely low price. Their downstairs has many amazing books that will be about half of the original price. The upstairs (my favorite place) is full of every genre you can imagine and for only $5 they have hundreds of hardcovers books for $5 as well. This is definitely a 10/10 business! Every time I have had the pleasure of visiting I have been met with amazing service, amazing products, and even better conversation with the staff! I liked the name so much because I was the type of person who used malaprops a good amount. It's extra charming because you're able to order something from their cafe while reading your book. This spot is deceptively huge. The different sections are very intentional and beautifully organized. I had an especially great time looking at the "Beautiful Books" section this visit. I ended up falling in love with a short stories book by Chips Hardy that I took home. I also adored their graphic t-shirts here. I am not a big t-shirt person, but always want more graphic tees, so was so excited to love this one so much. I had a really special experience with one of the booksellers here on my recent visit too. I could not find The Enchanted April in the fiction section and when I asked, one of the booksellers got really excited about the author and that book. She passionately told me how wonderful the book was. We were sad to see it was sold out, but suggested I check a bookstore a block over. I love this bookstore and think everyone should make it a stop on an Asheville trip.
