He began on Monday December 12th. He replaced several outlets and switches with no positive results. None of the outlets or switches needed replacement. At this time, we no longer have a dimmer switch in our dining room. And I am still trying to learn how to use my outdoor patio light. So he basically left our home *less* functional than when he came. Exasperated, I then called another electrician. "Ed" from www.myelectricinc.com arrived on Friday December 16th. It took him an hour to diagnose and fix our problem, and I happily paid him $281.50. Now Contractors Electric wants me to pay them $577 for their failed efforts. I do NOT intend to pay.
