Thomson do not care about their customers once they have your money. They provided sub standard hotel and charged a lot of money to transfer to another decent hotel. It took 6 weeks to respond to my formal complaint. They acknowledged some of the problems but made no offer of part refund or compensation. Their reps misled me with empty promises and just didn't care about the problems my family experienced. I was both angry and saddened by the behaviour of this company. My partner and baby suffered too. Avoid using this company. By the way if you do want a blanket for your baby on their planes, it'll cost you £5 read more
