The phone operators are aggressive and rude. No one has details of the owners, just say do you want to speak to the manager, even though they don't know their names, so you can't complain. And they won't give details of who is on the radio so you can't even know who you are talking about. Will never use again and would definitely not recommend them.

I was on the sidewalk near 600 Dunstable Road, Luton the driver reversed onto the footpath and on to the nearby resistance driveway. I was walking on the footpath and I ended up on the driveway.
