I can't believe that any professional organisation can be caring like a family member! Haleema Travel corrected my vision. I searched various local and national services for the Umrah package, made a 2-hour effort testing Booking.com and used other friends' info who recently visited Makkah and Madinah. Honestly, I found them cheaper than my budget. I took their deal, a package including Hotel accommodation, travel, visiting local (ziarat: زيارات pilgrimages to holy sites. The best service experience happened when they upgraded my 3-star hotel to 4 stars in compensation as one hotel room was not ready. In a single text message on WhatsApp, Mr Arsalan urgently booked another hotel free of charge. I felt over the moon as the elderly people accompanying me were desperate for it. The local taxi arranged by this travel company was wonderful, with 8 seaters, an air-conditioned van and friendly and knowledgeable drivers. Last year mt Mrs used the Haleema Travel to seek an emergency flight to Pakistan. Their advice service and cost were lowest as compared to many others, locally and nationally.
