The mobile team has come out to my home multiple times to clean my vehicle, and they never disappoint. I recently upgraded to a bigger "mom car," and with kids, it had its fair share of crumbs and fingerprints--but they worked their magic and got it looking brand new again! Today, Mario came out to service my vehicle. He arrived right on time, I handed over the keys, and I was able to continue my work meeting without any interruption, knowing my car was in great hands. This company is very professional and has great communication. I was satisfied with their work but I did have some spots that I had to go in and clean myself afterwards with a wipe, but nothing crazy. They did, however, get out tough stains that I wouldn't be able to get out myself so I don't mind a couple spots. I think the value for the price was pretty good all-in-all, and I loved to convenience. read more

0/10 would never recommend this company. Paid for a $320 detail service at my home and multiple areas of my car were not cleaned. Sent the owner pictures in which he stated he would personally come back out to redo the work, he never did. I continued to text him and he showed zero urgency. Finally after weeks of asking when he would come back, I asked for a refund. He stated he would only give me $50 back. I paid $320 and the man didn't even vacuum my trunk and you're trying to only give $50 back? I then asked for $100 and he agreed. He told me it would come back to my account in 10 business days, that was 3/9/2024 haven't gotten the money back and still no communication from him. I understand you're a small business but do right by your customers! Your employee did a shit job and you've done nothing to fix it, so unprofessional. read more

John and Prentice did a WONDERFUL job on my car!! We had inadvertently spilled a gallon of milk in the back of our SUV, could not see where it went. They found it under the spare tire, completely cleaned the entire car interior, touch up scuffs on the outside, vacuumed out all the air vents and the car looks brand new!! This is a great service and they did a really good job. The cleaning was awesome both internally and externally. The shine was perfect and the business owner was very personable . They really did well in getting some of my tougher stains caused by snow & salt from the rough Chicago winters on top of existing dirt and pollen from the spring and summer. Drove our company van to his house so he could see the job, He looked at the van and sat in it. Then he gave a verbal quote of $250-$350 just before he got out of the VAN he said it would probably be closer to $400. I asked if we could get a discount on doing my personal pickup truck. He said yes we could. His worker showed up 35 minutes late and did an acceptable job not good not great but acceptable. Then the bill grew to $429 and he has the nerve to say it is the standard rate for a van. But the day before he never mentioned a standard rate. His worker worked for 2 hours and 20 minutes. The deal on my truck has now gone up to $275 for cleaning. If you get stuck using this company, get a written quote as they seem to forget what they quote customers. read more

Thompson's auto detailing did an amazing job cleaning our SUV in advance of bringing our newborn baby home from the hospital. Especially with a dog and Covid going around, it was really important to us to sanitize the car and Thompson's was incredibly thorough. Wanted to surprise my sister with getting her car cleaned, so I asked to borrow it when I drove to work one day and Prentice came to the hospital to detail the car in the parking lot during my shift! He was extremely efficient and professional. My sister was so impressed the next day when she saw it. She just kept commenting "oh my god. It's soo clean!!" Thank you so much for all that you did! I have been putting off getting my car detailed for years. I've had a few stains for 6+ years with the occasional eating in my car and drinks spilling. I was recently gifted a car detailing that was overdo, and we chose to use Thompson's Touch Mobile Car Detailing. I needed something convenient with working from home and having meetings and appointments all day long. It was important that we went with a company that could come to me and I can trust them to get the job done during the work day. Prentice went above and beyond expectations with his attention to detail and sending videos of some of the stain removing process. It was also a treat to end the work day and walk outside to a clean and detailed car. Would highly recommend his services to anyone else that is busy and on the go, or someone like myself who has prolonged getting your car detailed because you don't have time to sit and wait somewhere for hours to get the service completed.
