They NEVER send out invoices/statements so you HAVE to pay a late fee for your rental. When I called to get gas she said they were booked and hung up! Who does this? Why? I finally told them to come pick my tank up and I'll use someone else and they told me someone would call me the next day to come get it and they never showed, that goes to show how unorganized they are. I'll never use them again, nor will I ever buy anything from them. I would pay more to use another company just so I don't have to use them! HORRIBLE COMPANY!! This is highway robbery. $39.96 additional for lead detection is laughable. We have cancelled our services and gone elsewhere. A few days after closing, without the courtesy of notice or permission, someone trespassed onto my private property and took both the tank and propane which belonged to me. The other reviews here suggest similar poor service with this company. I definitely would NOT recommend.
