Hired the company for an already wired pre-existing flood light. When I first called him everything…read morewas smooth sailing. He told me that the pricing was going to be between 350 to 400. I had explicitly told him I had more 3 flood light devices a doorbell ring and two nest thermostats. I asked him for his email so I could email him confirmation of what I was requesting and never emailed me back, at that point i should have realized that he was not cut out for the job. I had to reach out to him two different times because I never heard back from him. Once he arrived at my home he said that nobody told him he had to install six devices and that price he gave was wrong because he can't make any money! He went and started installing the devices he waited till he was completely done to let me know that he was not able to install the ring doorbell and that he would need to charge me an additional $400! ( for a doorbell???) and wiring. He offered to give us $100 off for the big confusion which was never honored. He installed only three floodlights and two thermostats and charged us $550. I was very confused and so was my husband about how he was giving us $100 off and a free installation on one device if we were still paying the $550. I called him about it and told him that I got numerous other quotes after he had left, from other electricians telling me that they all thought that was really pricy and a bit of a rip off. The owner SO rude and started raising his voice telling me he doesn't need to explain things since he's been in business for 30+ years. Not only did he not honor his word on his pricing, he changed the pricing once everything had been installed and when he came back he would give us the $100 off. He ended up saying we could pay $500 for the confusion with his original pricing. But as far as our $100 "and one free device instillation" we never received. This guy ripped us off. I wouldn't recommend this company to no one. I'm appalled at this type of communication especially when you're the owner of the company and this is how you talk to your customers. I'd save your money, time and frustration and go with another company who treats their customers with honesty and respect.

And not being from the area, I didn't know where to turn as far as a good electrician in the area? Reluctant, I did an online search for a reputipable electrician in the area. Louisville Electric seemed to have a lot of good reviews online, so I thought I would give them a shot. When I first called them they were very nice and accommodating to my needs and availability. I must say I was very glad that I chose to call them, as they were kind, courteous, informative and neat in appearance. The techs that came out were Scott & Dane, they were both very professional and knowledgeable. The techs made me feel that they were completely upfront and honest with me about all needed installs/repairs. Going forward, I will definitely call Louisville Electric for any and all of my electrical needs. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical issues you may have. Thank you for the great service & experience!

Allegiance National HVAC started out cleaning my ducting. The tech did a great job cleaning all the…read moreducts. He took pictures of all the vents and what he found. I was amazed at all the stuff that was in the ducting from the previous renter. The tech fixed gaps in the ducting that he found. He inspected the furnace and the AC unit. He found a problem with the AC unit copper line. He added insulation to the line to help protect and insulate it. After inspection of the furnace he showed me rusting on the heat ex-changer that would allow carbon monoxide to leak into the house. Cooper did the install of the furnace and AC unit. The way they installed the humidifier was part of the problem that caused the rust. I got a quote for a new furnace and AC unit. During the install of the new systems. The electricians found a wiring problem that Cooper techs had done. My prior unit was supposed to be running at two stages, but due to in proper wiring it only ran as one. This cause the unit to use more electricity than it should have. After the install of the new system the house stays cooler and I use less electricity. The Inspect for the city said the install was done clean and looked great. Only had two minor issues that Allegiance fixed that day to get the whole install to passed. Inspector asked what company did the install, so he can keep thing on his list of good companies. When I asked about Cooper he said they were on his other list. I have had several issues with Cooper over work they have done. They have a big contract with Costco and that was the only reason I used them. That is also a reason why I did not go back to Costco for my replacement. One reason is the units that costco sells cost more to repair, because parts are at a premium. When it comes to future service for my new HVAC only one company will be doing the work Allegiance Heating & Air. Why? because they provide a great service at a reasonable price. They do quality work and explain everything they are doing.
