You can find almost anything you are looking for in regard to quilting, sewing or even vacuuming. The staff makes you know you are welcome and are very helpful and knowledgeable when asked for information about a product. I only intended to do quilting here and ended up buying a vacuum as well that I really love as it does the job (no cord needed (except when charging.) I had a Dyson that I could never dismantle to empty without help and the vacuum I bought makes emptying it a breeze. I also bought a Solaris and the staff gave me a great trade-in and let me complete the sale in November rather than the few days earlier. Why? The company was running a special of 60 months with no interest by waiting. That's what I call user friendly!

Place looked great, was told that it would be dry in 2-3 hours. Living room was dry, but the carpet on the stairs was still pretty wet about 12 hours later, but our movers weren't coming until the next day so no problem. I'm at work the next day and my wife's family called to tell me that the stairs are still sopping (24 hours later). I called to see if there was anything that could be done about it, as my movers and wife's family are now over there and are kind of stuck. He explained to me how the cleaning process worked and everything, which was great, and explained that usually it took 2-3 hours to dry. He recommended I "get some fans and open the windows," and although he said "I get it's an inconvenience," also did not offer any kind of apology. He asked bluntly "what are you looking for?" Refused any kind of discount, did not offer to bring over fans/blowers (I don't own any of either myself), and was generally unapologetic and told me "I don't have time to argue about this on the phone I have other customers and clients." Nothing wrong with the cleaning itself obviously, (I think, I haven't been able to see the upstairs) and the carpet looked as good as could be expected given the state of it at the start, but I was pretty disappointed by the lack of sympathy or willingness to help after paying hundreds of dollars for a service. *UPDATE* Jason made things right which was hugely appreciated. Very knowledgeable and experienced and would highly recommend.

Then it was scheduled for Tuesday 10/22. Nobody showed up Tuesday and when I called they said it was actually scheduled for Wednesday and I must have written it down wrong. Wednesday 10/23 they showed up and cleaned the couch and I venmo'd payment only to get home from work and find dirty water stains on my cream colored couch where they hadn't pulled out all the water correctly. So I texted the number I'd sent the payment through, and got nothing back. I called the next day and was told they'd fit me in that next Tuesday 10/29. Nobody showed up by 4pm so I called again, and was told that if nobody showed up by 5 that Jason, the owner, would personally come clean it on Thursday 10/31. On the 31st I called in the morning to get an ETA on when someone would be there and was told he'd call his guys (again, he had said he would personally come clean it) and get back to me. I have not heard from him since. Suddenly my calls are dropping and then the cherry on top was the 1am call I got (and didn't answer for obvious reasons) and then got my call declined again when I called back at a reasonable hour. Pricing was competitive and the service was generally friendlier than their direct competition a few blocks away. I'm not the most artistically-inclined so was delighted when the Dragon staff designed banners for both of my organizations. Their designs are super modern and cutting-edge. They really elevated the game when it came to getting the word out. Not only that, but their materials are top notch. The banners were heavy-duty (one of them still hangs proudly nearly 8 years later) and their silkscreening on shirts doesn't fade or peel. A win win overall!
