I paid for it set up delivery for the following week. Due to lack of space I sold my mower! Before delivery store called me and we verified delivery. The guy at the store went on to tell me the mower was in the weather rain and sun for few years was water beaten had no keys and no charger and no batteries. I said no sir I bought and paid for a new one with all accessories, I screen shot all they chat and saved exactly what I bought and paid for. The guy said nope it had nothing and weather beaten. I said I'll calm corporate and deal with it. Again I told a day off work for delivery and sold mine. After I called corporate I get an email they cancelled my order! How unprofessional. I have a written agreement I was bought and paid for a BRAND NEW mower with all ACCESSORIES! It's clearly in print what I paid for!!!!

Was attempting to assist my customer with a return to his closed debit card and the person that…read moreidentified himself as a manager of the New Iberia store told me that he is not going to have me tell him how to run a credit, he knows how although the tran code he was using was incorrect. He then hung up on me. Called my customer back and this so called manager was still being rude to my customer and myself. Was proud of the fact that he hung up on me. His name is William and he would not even attempt to run the refund with the correct code that I was trying to give him. I have worked with debit cards for over 20 years but to William I didn't know what I was talking about. Very rude and unprofessional person, how he is a manager, I'll never understand.
