When I contacted the company they were quick to refund me the money but found out she had me pay through an outside source so their hands were tied and couldn't do anything. My wedding was March 2nd and I'm still upset by all of this. Yes, we changed the date on short notice due to my cancer but she never stated it was an issue or any stipulations. I wish it worked out because she did a great job and was super sweet but completely mishandled my service. I could have just had bad luck and it's not common so be careful. Be sure you pay her through the company you find her and tip after the services.

Since then I've been pretty much every week twice a week. It's gotten to a point where I'm able to go to anyone there which is so wonderful as everyone there does things the "right way" Angela, Kara, Carley and of course Brayden. I love every time I go in it's like being greeted by friends and family and I totally feel like I'm going for social time. My hair looks and feels great and the products (Oribe) I love. His easy-going personality and great sense of humor kept the whole experience easy and fun! He was very generous with his time, making sure we will have lots of great shots from which to choose. I reached out to David Lee to see if he would be available for my brothers wedding ( that was two weeks away ) after realizing we probably needed more than one photographer to cover all of the necessary shots. With the expectation that it would be difficult for anyone to accept a job that soon, I was pleasantly surprised when David immediately responded asking thorough and in depth questions about the job and ultimately said he would be able to make it happen. While the venue was a good hour and a half away, he still went out of his way to attend the rehearsal the day before to get the lay of the land and identify the best shots/ lighting around the property. When the big day arrived he was on time and fully prepared with a reassuring and calm demeanor through out all the chaos. He gave great direction (soooo important) and was there from start to finish. After seeing the end result, I would never go elsewhere for a photographer. He did an amazing job at capturing candids and has an eye for a journalistic approach, yet also nailed clean portraits. We started receiving edited photos right away and had them all completed with in a few weeks. We are all incredibly happy with the way the photos turned out and will absolutely be using him for future projects. Trust me, this is one purchase that you wont regret! Best.Decision.Ever!!
