All money paid up front and 2 visits and still never got to loose filling. We had to have a diagnostic visit and then a cleaning and after cleaning they were supposed to repair tooth but at last minute ready in chair for repair they said we have to reschedule . So I left after 2 visits with the tooth. I cancelled appointment for tooth repairs and went to another Dentist. But there is more to the story. My insurance company sent them a check for the services I had already paid for but they never sent check and held money. But there is more they only sent 1 reimbursement and not the other one from my I insurance. Still waiting on the 2nd check.. Poorly run office and service.

Once someone is symptomatic, there's generally serious reasons to be concerned. YVG was recommended to me by my doctor and I'm so glad I chose to use this clinic. It took several months to get on their schedule for my first appointment and then another couple of months before they had an opening for the procedure. My initial appointment was with the PA who reviewed my medical history and the results of my prior procedure over 10 years ago. The day of my colonoscopy I arrived at the clinic on time and met with the anesthesiologist and nurse who would be there during the procedure. I really liked both of these staff members and felt very safe...and I'm not generally very trusting of western medicine. Prior to the procedure Dr. Kundu came in and introduced himself. He explained how the procedure would go and what I should expect afterwards. My husband was allowed to be in the room with me up to that point, which I appreciated. I genuinely liked Dr Kundu and found him to be very pleasant with great bedside manner. Once the procedure was over and I was awake, my husband was allowed back into the room. Dr. Kundu came back and discussed his findings and made sure all questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend this clinic and give them 10 stars.
