We visited this morning for my 13 year old son's first consultation. They do all but lay out a red…read morecarpet for you upon arrival. They were expecting us and called us by name when we entered. Every employee greeted us with a smile and personal introduction and hand shake. A lot of attention to detail went into decorating the office space to give it a cozy feel. We were offered tea, coffee, and bottled water and given a tour of the office. What I was really impressed with was the care plan. My son still has a lot of baby teeth and I don't want to put him through the pain of pulling all of them to rush into braces. Lexi did a great job at getting him to relax and open up during the appointment. Dr. Choi carefully examined him and questioned how HE felt about braces, what concerns or fears he might have, etc. Dr. Choi laid out a care plan that allows time for his teeth to fall out on their own instead of rushing into unnecessary and expensive work right away, she wants to see him back in a year to reevaluate. I knew then that she is an orthodontist with integrity and that we will absolutely be back to see her once his teeth are ready.

There is a water cooler right when you walk in to enjoy while waiting (the wait is hardly EVER longer than 15 or so minutes on a hectic day). Once the appt. is over, the attending professional comes out with the patient to explain to us as well as the receptionist when they need to be scheduled so no one is in confusion. I really like that. Thank you so, so much for being available to our lovely and grateful NRV community!

I was in tears at this point thinking I was going to have to go days with this pain, and they said they could fit me in. I was so relieved and they were extremely understanding and sweet when I went in. They made my day!!!
