I heard the staff giving other patients the same speech - there's a lot of buildup, scaling is required, fillings need to be replaced, blah blah blah to the tune of over SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. I said "no thank you" so they REFUSED to give me the services that my insurance covers. Refused a "normal" cleaning. Never in my nearly 50 years of going to a dentist has this occurred. I get it - sometimes additional treatment is necessary, however, I am not in a position to move forward at this time. Instead of TREATING ME WITH RESPECT, I was ushered out. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE unless you have cash to throw out the window for procedures that you have never been told you needed before! Funny how everyone gets the same spiel - this place is nothing but a money grab for sure! Filing a grievance with my insurance company as well since they refused to honor my covered services.

Now it's been hrs since the Novocaine has worn off, no tingling like it used to be, and amazingly I am not in any pain. So I don't know if it's technology or just a fabulous dentist. Either way ... this is now my place to go and I'll definitely do the 6 month check ups. I'm soooooo pleased. Than you staff and Dr Hussey

Before every appointment I have to take valium (my husband has to take time off to drive me to and from appt), I keep my AirPods in at FULL volume, and even then I still find myself shaking, crying, and sometimes hyperventilating in the chair. Going to the dentist became my biggest fear as of 2016. This month, I had a few cavities that needed attention, and I cannot explain how much care and grace Dr. Tatyana and her assistant showed me. They checked on me constantly, kept me as comfortable as possible, and never once made me feel rushed or like a burden. What touched me the most was when Dr. Tatyana finished the work, she wrapped her arms around me in the most genuine, caring way -- a reminder that I was not just a patient, but a person she truly cared for. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Tatyana and her amazing team. She is not only an excellent dentist, but also a compassionate human being who treats her patients with love, patience, and grace. For someone like me, who battles intense dental anxiety, finding a dentist who makes me feel safe and cared for is truly a gift. This whole office is a circus Dr Gesek has terrible bedside manners, he's rude to patients and staff seems like he's just mad at the world. The office itself is dirty and very old. I had to go back for a 2nd appointment to get my biopsy results on 2/20/24 the place was full of upset people who were in the waiting room well over and hour AFTER their scheduled appointments Before I leave I ask for a copy of my records and pathology report the woman tells me she can't give them to me I have to fill out a records release and give my email and she will email them to me within 72 hours. So I did that. I never received them so I called back on 2/26 and they tell me the woman who does them was on vacation but was back that day and I should have them by end of day. That didn't happen so I call back 2/29 and was told I would have them by the end of the day and that they let Ashley the office manager know as well.
