Knowledgeable. My friend is elderly and grumpy, but that never phased anyone. They all treated him kindly and listened to his long on details tellings. In every way, it was exceptional. I would have liked to have seen a page on their website about Parking. The garage is closed for repairs. Luckily we were there early enough to park right out front.

She was released directly onto the street with no assistance or transportation. My mother was later found this morning (November 20, 2025) at her own front doorstep, having spent approximately 15 hours outside overnight. She was sleeping on her front porch with nothing but a thin blanket to keep her warm. The temperatures fell below 40 degrees last night. This is not only unacceptable--it is dangerous, negligent, and inhumane. When I contacted the hospital this morning, staff refused to provide any information regarding her discharge, her condition, or the doctor's evaluation. I have filed a formal complaint, yet no one from the hospital has followed up with me. This level of disregard for a vulnerable elderly patient's safety raises serious concerns about the conduct of both the attending physician and the hospital staff. We will be contacting the appropriate authorities to pursue this matter further and ensure accountability.

I started feeling ill last year and my PCP wasn't able to ascertain the cause of the discomfort after several months, so eventually she referred me to Dr. Kossoff. He is a man of action! He instantly dove right in sending me for tests and in a matter of weeks was able to figure out what was causing the issue. He has always been very friendly and empathetic and never made me feel like "well maybe it's in your head" or "are you sure that's how you're feeling?" which I seem to read a lot when it comes to GIs. He also takes the extra time to explain the science behind what you're feeling, which I really appreciate! He gives his patients intellectual credit and never talks down and is never ever dismissive. He really cares, and REALLY knows his stuff! His front desk staff is wonderful -- always accommodating, friendly, and patient. Once, the day before my surgery consultation, I was in pain, so I called the office to see if they had any tips or tricks to get me through to my appointment. Dr. Kossoff wasn't in the office that day so I got off of the phone ready to just grit my teeth and push through. Well, guess what? Within ten minutes they had not only called me back, but they had called my favorite pharmacy with a prescription. I'm only 25 years old. Sometimes going to the doctor without a parent present still feels like a surreal experience... but Dr. Kossoff is welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and consistently making sure that I have everything I need to feel informed, confident, and healthy! You'll be in good hands with him!

Was able to schedule one and had a great experience with the nurses/physician assistants and doctor (Dr.Francis) and was excited to schedule my endoscopy. However I needed to review my work schedule which is often changing to find a day which was suitable and would fit in Dr.Francis' operation schedule. I was assured I could call back and schedule the procedure. Little did I know that I would be at the mercy of the ONE procedure scheduler that the office uses, who is so busy dealing with the phone traffic that they cannot reliably answer the phone. When I asked if there was another way I could schedule the procedure, in person or by some kind of email or patient portal , I was left a very rude message saying that I was sending the scheduler to my voicemail when I was in the middle of various processes at work and had called more than 10 times during the week at different times to try to catch them to schedule the procedure. Not only this but the front desk also had the same track record for answering the phone, as in they never answer. Guess i was lucky to get my initial appointment over the phone in the first place. Will not be returning, heading to another Gastro that actually has adequately and functioning staff. I would not give this office your patronage, they are comfortable knowing they are a much lauded office so they don't take care of patients.

The reception staff didn't do much at all. The 2 TVs were blaring two different shows AND the staff were scrolling through reels on their phones. Too much chaos and noise in a lobby when you feel lousy. The Physician's Assistant was really really nice and professional. I would give her 5 stars for her knowledge and excellent care. However, her nurse had some really long nails that just kind of grossed me out when she was taking my vitals and giving me an inhaler. Nails inevitably have some nasty bacteria living under them unless you scrub them every wash with a brush and long colorful nails have no business in an urgent care setting. She didn't wear gloves, nor a mask and she never washed her hands or applied sanitizer in front of me. She asked me if I got the Covid shot and when I said no, she gave me a comment under her breath that the vaccines didn't work anyway. My husband ironically had the exact same things to say about her when he went in the day prior for the flu. I don't think politics, unscientific based beliefs, not poor hygiene have any business interfering in the service an urgent care provides to sick patients. I think a waiting room should make sick patients feel calmer and not overstimulated by auditory noise coming from multiple TVS and staff phones. This location is a mile from my house and brand new but based on my very first experience, I didn't get the impression anyone but the PA was very concerned about providing excellent patient-centered care. I don't think I would return unless I was very sick and desperate.

He took care of me during five emergency hospital admissions, and in the months since. My previous urologist is located in Columbia, MD, but had no admitting privileges in Frederick, so I have been grateful I have been cared for in the same empathetic manner as I experienced previously. Dr. Hasseeb has been patient with my husband, who, for many months, was my advocate with the various providers who took care of me while I was hospitalized. Now that I'm home, I am unable to leave it because of mobility problems. PLUS, UTIs and kidney problems do a number on memory and, with me, disposition. Since time has passed and I have become more my oldvself, he has seen me via video conference call and has been proactive in helping me deal with recurrent and antibiotic-resistant infections. He has been caring, concerned and uniformly helpful. I would highly recommend seeking his or his associate's services. Additionally, my dealings with his office staff have always been helpful; they remember me, take excellent msgs, and make sure my messages have been delivered in a timely manner. I have enjoyed meeting and continuing to interact with this empathetic provider.

His PA rushed me through both the initial appointment and follow up appointment. For having just gone through the worst pain of my life (I know, it's "just" a kidney stone, but they're awful!), I expected a bit more care and attention from a Urologist's office. Also, don't even try to contact their office. If you have appointment or insurance or billing issues you'll speak to someone who didn't identify themselves at the start of the call so you don't know if you're speaking to the correct person. And his support staff might as well be a corporate call center and not a family office. There's nothing "family" about Family Urology. If Dr. haseebuddin is such a great Dr, he really needs to reassess his support staff and structure because it's impossible to work with his team.

I asked her if they actually make room for those who have appointments for those who do not and she said we don't do it that way. She couldn't tell me how long the way it is apparently they don't even care when someone gets done to check when their appointment was to see how long it was so at least they could tell people. It's apparent that they overbooked and not really prioritize. Anybody that does an actual online appointment. She was very matter fact, and really not caring at all. Avoid this place. Go somewhere else probably anywhere else you can go that people will actually care more than these people. I would like to give the zero stars, but this app won't allow me to. I'm sure they'll come back with some kind of response but believe me not a good place to go.
