I'm very disappointed with how my visit was handled today, June 13th 2026. Earlier this month, I…read morecalled the office and was told that Saturday visits were walk‑in only from 8 AM to 12 PM. Based on that information, I canceled my June 11th appointment so I could come in on June 13th for two important referrals. When I arrived a little after 10 AM, I was told walk‑ins were no longer accepted after 10, something that was never mentioned on the phone and is not listed on the website. What made this even more frustrating is that other walk‑ins who arrived at the same time or after me were checked in without an issue. The mixed messages and inconsistent treatment were extremely disappointing, especially when this visit was important for my ongoing care. Clear communication matters, and patients rely on accurate information to make decisions about their health.

Just keep on going to the ER.

After my routine annual physical (which is 100% covered by my insurance BC&BS) I was sent a bill for $210. I pulled the bill from their portal and there was no detail as to what the charge was for. I contacted FPCA via their portal and asked for a detailed bill which took a couple of tries. After reviewing the billing, I still couldn't understand why I had a bill for my annual physical which is 100% covered. So, I spoke with someone in FPCA billing, and I was told that since a regular prescription I take every day was refilled during my visit, this constituted as an additional visit. In all the years I have been going to them, I have never been billed for an extra visit for the doctor entering a prescription refill for me, and I wasn't told during the visit that I would be charged for two visits. I find this HIGHLY DECEPTIVE. I cannot recommend FPCA and I will be looking for another provider outside of FPCA.

Thus, being able to reach out and be taken care of by someone knowledgeable when you are anxious and don't have the answers is a HUGE life blessing!!! Kelsey was the person for me. She answered and listened patiently while I explained what my first 4 days adapting to the machine were like. Then she asked some enlightening questions and responded intelligently when asked. It was VERY obvious to me that she is HIGHLY knowledgeable about this subject matter. FCPA/Privia, if you decide to adopt direct CPAP services into your portfolio, you absolutely MUST make Kelsey your centerpiece. Knowledge shared is not as useful if there person sharing lacks social skills. Kelsey, has people skills in ABUNDANCE. She is warm, engaging, and takes time to explain her answers as opposed to the often short/curt responses one gets from a medical professional. I am blessed that Kelsey entered my life today and she will be my goto contact for questions concerning my life changes involving my CPAP. Again, FCPA/Privia, don't ever lose this person, she is a HUGE asset to your practice!!!

I just received a letter yesterday that my license will be suspended in less than two weeks, because they never received the form at MVA. Immediate triage and into a private exam room pretty quickly. A real exam space, not sheets hanging between beds! Like clockwork on blood, scheduling image, getting blood drawn, results back, medical decision and seeing the doctor. Accurate diagnosis. Longest wait was getting into my room upstairs, however, the noise level in their exam area was the calmest, quietest I've ever experienced so I slept on their comfortable exam bed until I got my room at 3 am. Every person was professional, courteous, friendly, upbeat, and truly cared about my comfort and medical care. Very surprised and happy to get a huge single room to myself!! It's in the new wing. Really helped my recovery. Hardly heard any hallway noise or talking the whole stay! The helicopter even landed on the roof outside my window and I didn't even hear it! The bed was sooooo comfortable! No tossing and turning through the night also helped my recovery. No unnecessary, annoying visits for vitals or procedures. The nurses and staff were very considerate and met and anticipated all my needs. Comfort and quality of care were well attended to even though they were very busy. They never rushed my care. If I needed pain medication they made sure I got it. (Thank you!) At surgery time the only delay was waiting for the anesthesiologist. Everyone else was like a well oiled machine. However, the anesthesiologist was very knowledgeable, experienced, and thorough. I woke in recovery and was alert and functional. Food was good for being in the hospital. Menu and a la cart choices were provided so after the first day I got to pick exactly what I wanted to eat and drink. It always came up fresh with hot and cold appropriate temps. Remember to include any condiments ahead of time. It's not a restaurant. The kitchen staff were friendly, helpful, and eager to meet all my needs. The only area that could be attended to better was keeping my wall board up to date. It wasn't always done spontaneously by the staff, sometimes had to request as the information changed, and I think that is very important to avoid mistakes in medication, treatment updates, oral intake and restrictions, and who is treating me. The hospital was very full though, so I feel the nurses and staff did an awesome job!!
