They expect payment when scheduling before any work is done which is a bad sign and I definitely experienced some burnout vibes here: condescending attitude toward patient satisfaction, lacking empathy, and recommending work that I am not sure was necessary. Seem to care more about profit and really felt like they like the profit but not as much actually providing positive experiences here. Would definitely not recommend for anyone with dental anxiety. Regret scheduling here, and only really went because I didn't know Dental Health Associates in Lakewood started taking military insurance.

The kind front office person fit me onto the schedule fast due to a cancellation. When I arrived, I noticed that they have lots of easy parking and a clean, safe office. Katie was upbeat and deft at helping me with xrays. Dr. Harris was very relaxed, personable, and did not judge.
