The dental hygienists were very kind and made me feel really comfortable as she was cleaning my teeth. For some reason, I had two. One that did the initial cleaning and another person did the polishing and flossing. Dr. O'Leary is a very sweet, knowledgable, and a very welcoming lady. I immediately felt welcomed and valued when I first met her. She provides great service and did an excellent job at explaining the procedures. I'm really happy that I chose this place!

Then along comes Dr. Winter to blow all my expectations out of the water. He may be Hollywood-handsome, but he knows his dentistry!! When he started to hint that a root canal was needed, I completely shut him down. He didn't argue with me. That's how gentle he is. His assistant Trish waited until I was ready for more info and she educated me, then Dr. Winter confirmed why this was the optimal solution for my particular dental concerns. More info always helps me make decisions like this -- vs. info that is scattershot and untrustworthy online. Trish gave me all the factual info I was missing. And then the hygienist Addie blew my mind with all the info she provided on how I can avoid spending more $ than necessary on the periodontal cleanings I need 4x a year. She really listened to all my concerns, and while she had my complete attention (meaning I couldn't yak since she was working on my teeth) she "brain-dumped" all the info I told her I was craving. She knows how to tailor her message to her audience. All without missing a beat as she cleaned my teeth. Great multi-tasker! Incredibly, she managed to turn my few remaining uncrowned teeth to an ivory to match my other teeth. Gone is all the yellow -- in a single cleaning! Why haven't other hygienists in the past done this for me??? Maybe because they were trying to sell me on whitening treatments I wonder? I can't take the risk of bleaching my sensitive teeth, and Addie totally sympathized. She gave me a crash course in protecting my teeth going forward. And last but most emphatically not least, this clinic has the most impressive technological advances I've seen at previous dentist offices. You'd think all this state-of-the-art technology would cost up the ying-yang but they really aren't any more expensive than the other dentists' offices I've dealt with. I have never stayed with a dentist until this group. I have an irrational fear of needles which I understand is stupid since I have piercings and tattoos, but something about shoving a needle in your mouth to what feels like the the back of skull just freaks me out. I let Dr. Tammy know this and I now want her to do every shot I ever have to have! I'm not lying when I say I didn't feel most of them. The only ones I SLIGHTLY felt were the ones in the roof of the mouth, but I barely felt those as well. For comparison the last dental office that took a needle to the roof of my mouth had me literally jumping out of the chair in pain. That was the only time in my history that I had considered climbing the cabinets and hissing at a dentist like a feral cat. Dr.'s Victor and Tammy always have you laughing and feeling comfortable. Very organized in terms of scheduling an appointment, short waiting time. Very helpful with insurance and options in that regard. Dr. Victor and Dr. Tammy are excellent dentists. I used to HATE going to the dentist, because the typical painkiller they give people to "numb" you never worked well for me. All through my childhood and most of my adult life I just thought I was unlucky and that every trip to the dentist was going to be a literal torture session, since the painkiller barely worked. I had dentist say some rude things to me because they thought there was no way I should be feeling anything. I informed Dr. Garret of this and he, to my surprise, told me they have multiple options for painkillers and numbing agents and that if one doesn't work, he'll just use another and one is bound to work. We found one that works for me, they took note and use that one every time now. I am so grateful because now I don't literally suffer in pain at the dentist. I don't know why another dentist has never bothered to tell me or provide me with alternative pain killers, but I'm glad Dr. Garret and his staff have accommodated me. I can't imagine going to any other dentist now. The facility is always clean and comfortable as well. Everyone I've ever interacted with there has been nothing but friendly and helpful.

My husband isn't a techy, but seriously we do rely on notifications for appointments believe it or not. I heard the scheduler talking to him about the tech and couldn't believe how condescending they were in the discussion. Things like we did send you a notification and it was for some reason and you must have replied stop or no (should be stop). Weird thing is, he would have no idea to do that and why? Are you sending things other than appointment reminders?. Then it was about sending you wife a notification too, which I did not get either. Then she went on to say well we also sent an email to you. Hubby - to what address, scheduler - read out an address that was over 4 years old. Hubby - well that is really an old address I do t work there any longer. Scheduler- well we wouldn't know that if you didn't tell us (in a very sappy tone). He just hung up because she was seriously not being helpful, only trying to blame us for the communication issue, and just behaving like a jerk. We couldn't see any remedy being offered, and just accusations. Take some responsibility to communicate with your customers in a way that works for them. STOP Technology Shaming.!! If they called him to confirm he would have answered, I would prefer a text, others prefer an email. We all are different, sort it out and stop blaming the customer.
