Not much diagnosis is needed from Robert since I'm pretty sure my problem was due to the low Freon. He came out and refilled my Freon for 1/5 the price of the other bigger company (not through home warranty)! Before leaving this review, I read a few of the other 1-star reviews of Dunn Air. I guess the conclusion here is to go with Dunn Air if you need Freon refills, but maybe go with someone else for a true diagnosis. From my personal experience, I give them 5-stars.

He advise based on preliminary information it may be a capacitor. He was in the middle of something I know he was. He thought about me and my family. He stated he was on his way.
