Ordered the part and at 2pm two techs: Jonathan Osorio and Adriana Rodriguez, arrived with the required parts and replaced the blower. All was covered under their great warranty. We had a back up in our secondary drainage system and the other company applied air pressure to clean the clog which we thought fix the problem. Unfortunately during that process the air pressure knocked out a pipe out of place and one week later we had more water issues.
