For the first time while living in this house, I slept with an outside door open. When I woke up this morning, I did a quick Yelp search for AC service in my neighborhood. Quan Air was the the highest rated and all the reviews pointed out their professionalism. I emailed from the website, then called. I know that's a lot for 7:30 am, but it's humid in SATX and I couldn't stand feeling awful for another night or two. Amber called me back a few minutes later and managed to get us on the schedule today. Andy showed up about 20 minutes earlier than the window, but I'm fine with it because it's 82° with 72% humidity at 11 am. Andy pointed out some maintenance things, this is my first air conditioner. It was helpful to learn all the things to do that will save us money and keep our AC running. He also replaced a motor, rinsed our AC vents, and checked the condensation pans in the attic. He helped me install the replacement filters I found in my closet. Thanks a million for saving us from the humidity.

They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family. We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job. The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival.

If it doesn't the will getting working. We had them replace that system with a 14 SEER twelve years ago and we follow up with an annual contract to make sure thing keep running since we both have to stay home now that the Wife is retired and I'm still . . . well. On my first call, they answered all my questions and never minded my questions. Their quote is so thorough! You know exactly what you are getting. They give you options to pay, including a discount if you pay with a check, cashiers check On the date of installation, they arrived on time, and protected the flooring. Employee 1 arrived and began working on the outside. Employee 2 arrived and began working on the inside unit. Ryan, the owner, arrived with the equipment and I was able to take photos of the new equipment and see the old equipment out. He stepped away and his two employees continued working. The owner returned and was doing the finishing things. Installation was completed as projected. Overall, a great experience. Very happy. I wouldn't go elsewhere. Get the AC replaced and move on with your life! If I ever talk to Ryan again it will because I'm bringing him more business or it's time for our annual check up. :)

They did offer me a service plan for 2 visits for the next year and I initially said I would think about it.
