Then, when the filter started leaking, he sent the same guy back who could not find the source of the leak (!) and Harvey said it was NOT the installation. Meanwhile, the leak ruined the hardwood floors in front of the sink. I paid a plumber $300 to detect the leak which he said was caused by teflon tape not being used in one of the joints. So yes, it was a botched installation. This is a man who does NOT care about his work and who will not stand by it. Stay away!

After he cashed the last check he said he wouldn't come back unless I agreed to pay him more money. When I told him we had an agreement he stopped answering my calls and texts and never came back. He took my money and would not complete the project. I had to pay another handyman to fix his guys mistakes and finish the job which cost me even more money and time. All told he stretched the 3 week project out 9 weeks and did not even finish.
