I requested that the Refrigerant line and drain line run parallel, so I could encapsulate them with solid plastic drain gutter, being that I expressed my concerns about any moisture under our Pier and Beam home. Still, they didn't do that, after replacing the wrong unit they installed. And there wasn't a pea trap installed either. The installation of the air handler was a horrible job, flashing sticking out, away from the new system. Yes, Brad seems very attentive. Each time he has been here, there is always a new fresh face. That says a lot about a company. What thru me, is that he's sending me an email to rate what they screwed up with a review? Don't take my word for it, check it out, when upgrading AC tonnage, what tests are needed before and after installation. Brad also said that, there is Moisture around the insulated Refrigerant line? Not only all inside the insulation of the Refrigerant line, but also the water drain line. For a pier and beam house, that's too much moisture!

A few checks and verified that it was a simple fix! They added coolant and used compressed air to blow out a drain line too. Since I'm on a fixed income they were very helpful with the costs too! This was my first time using Lone Star Air Conditioning and Heating but it surely won't be my last. I taped their business card right next to my A/C so if I need help again, their info is right there! Thanks Brad for going above my expectations with fast and friendly service!

After briefing him about what was going on he advised me that he would be glad to assist me. He then asked if about an hour and a half to get to my location would work for me, which I readily agreed. I had been dealing with the water drain being completely blocked and it had been spilling over inside the enclosure onto my carpet and floor all weekend. Rudy, who is a very polite and courteous man, arrived and immediately began to diagnose and work on the problem. My HVAC unit is only 1 1/2 years old but the installer hadn't done a proper job with the drain system. The drain system had to be completely removed and rebuilt. All of this was done in a timely manner. I couldn't be more pleased with Rudy and his professionalism!
